The game was aimed a specific audience, if it wasn't for you, that's not really the fault of the devs.
...Is it not? You said it yourself that they aimed it as a specific audience. To me, that says, yeah, it IS their fault. For aiming at that audience.

Except it doesn't. That would be even stupider, because he doesn't have any evidence or proof of that.

It makes sense you bellend. "Get some sun" is a figure of speech that implies you never go outside.
Why would I go outside in the winter? That's why it doesn't make any sense.
I thought you were supposed to be stupid?

As opposed to extremely stupid.

Aren't you normally a stickler for using words properly though?
Even if you aren't using it 100% correctly, using it where it simply does not apply doesn't seem to make a lot of sense.
It helps that it's... not a word. It's a made-up word, so we get to decide what it means. Definitions are decided by us, not by an authority. You should still use them correctly, so people aren't confused, but I don't see any point in not referring to someone who watches and enjoys anime as a weeaboo.
You're objectively wrong.
If saying that helps you sleep at night.

"Get some sun" is a common figure of speech, you fucking dumbass. For a self-proclaimed smart person, you're pretty idiotic.
Never heard it in my life. Isn't that funny?
I've never claimed to be smart, either.
You're a moron for taking insults literally.

He was calling you a shut in, genius.
How does Class's dick taste?

I know he was calling me a shut-in, cunt. That doesn't magically mean the insult makes sense.

What are figures of speech
Something you don't know how to use effectively.

Yeah, it totally makes sense to go outside in the freezing fucking cold to get sun.

Watching anime =/= Weaboo
Yes it does. Don't care.

Insults should probably make sense. Otherwise you're only insulting yourself.

Oooh, you "won" this "conversation" with semantics. Good job, bro. Maybe get some sun now?
So, it's semantics to correct someone's misinterpretation of a post that I made. All right.

Also,

>sun
>michigan
>winter

Come on. This is just plain stupid.

Keyword: Would. I never said you had to.

You lose.

I wouldn't have my favorite game of all time, either. That doesn't make sequels necessary, just because I personally happen to adore the game.

Who said they had to?

Getting pissy that people have different tastes than you isn't a discussion.
Yes it is, if people would explain to me why they like the movies they like. That's how this works.

Well, I'm not. The thread is about sequels, so I suggest you talk about sequels.

A discussion in the first place isn't always warranted.
Discussion is always warranted. It's a fucking forum.

Are you stupid? Sorry, I already knew the answer to that.
Just because sequels aren't needed doesn't mean people can't still enjoy them.

Notice how in my list, there are no sequels whatsoever.

So...you admit that taste is subjective, yet you still think that it's unempathetic to let people enjoy the movies that they enjoy?
Yes, it is. "Letting people enjoy it" is anti-discussion.

Being anti-discussion is being anti-intelligent.

How dare someone have an opinion different than yours.

The nerve!

The first game/book/movie is always interesting enough on its own. Sequels are NEVER needed.

Taste is subjective. Your taste isn't the defining authority on what's good and what's bad.
No fucking shit!

Generally, the whole concept of a sequel is dumb and I wish it didn't ever happen. Unless each piece is stand-alone, or only a "spiritual successor". The first part of the story is always where the meat is, in terms of story and themes. Sequels only get made to show us what happens afterward, because that's how much we care about the characters. That's really their only purpose--to expand upon the universe that was created, as if the universe needs to be expanded. And it never does.

Because they're other people's personal opinions. There's no reason whatsoever to even bat an eye at them. If someone has shitty taste, why do you feel the need to get irritated?
Empathy. I wouldn't want to have shitty taste, so why would I be okay with anyone else having shitty taste?

Stand By Me really isn't that good of a movie though. Other than that, good list.
I have more of a nostalgic attachment to it, if anything. Coming-of-age stories get me right here -> ❤ and it's the best example of one I can think of. The movie perfected what it was like to have friends at that age. At least for me. You watch that movie, and you've basically seen a dramatization of my life as a kid. It's the most personal choice on my list.

You're easily D-tier. The only thing preventing you from E-tier, too, is the fact that you don't post often.
