I've heard the name of the game a lot, and when browsing free stuff on PS Store, I saw that game come up.
What's the deal? Is it one of those things where the game is free but you have to pay a subscription?

Some of you may remember this thread, where I tried to play the game and didn't make it past the waterfall place. I expressed my distaste at the fact that while the game boasts choice-based gameplay, all but one choice is highly discouraged and the game itself talks down to you if you don't make that right choice. But the reason I wanted to do a genocide route in the first place was because of the characters. The skeleton brothers especially. Was the tall one supposed to be endearing? He was annoying. Anyway, I know the game has some wide cast of characters or whatever, so are the rest any better? I'm probably going to try my hand at this game again regardless, but if I just end up disliking everyone, a playthrough where I'm trying to preserve all of their lives seems tedious.

...it means the writers are racist? http://www.kissmywonderwoman.com/2015/02/the-100-and-untimely-death-of-wells-jaha.html?m=1I just read this article and it got me so mad. To sum it up, there's a black character on The 100 named Wells Jaha. I liked this character, he was fantastic. He also died in the third episode. I've been searching the web for analysises and tributes to the character, but only get articles like the one above. Articles that ask why he had to die. And then answer their own question with "well, because he was black and the writers are racist." But that's not why. The reason Wells died was the reason myself and everyone else liked him. Ironically enough, the article I take such greivance with is the one that states this reason: "So for three episodes we get to see Wells as this really compelling character. He's brave and generous and wonderful and kind and everyone despises him. He's literally that wonderful and amazing. And smart and good at tactics and protective, and pretty much the single best person on the show. So obviously, he had to die."Clearly that's not a sustainable character. He's the responsible one, the one who does the hard leadership jobs that no one wants to do while people like Bellamy take on the glamorous ones. The author of the article unintentionally hits the nail on the head here, and while her last line in what I quoted above is meant to be sarcastic, anyone with a modicum of storytelling knowledge could see that it's 100% true. So many conflicts down the line would be nonexistent if Wells was alive. He had to die, from the most basic plotting perspective.
Anyway, have you ever run into this problem in talking to people about ficticious works? Where the character's race has no bearing on anything, and yet the death of that character is somehow treated as inherently racist? Are we going to get to the point where story quality is comprimised for real world "values"?

(I don't necessarily agree with this guy's interpretation of it, just provides good background) I've been playing a lot of Fallout 4 lately, and it's always the pre-war stories and holotapes that interest me the most. Especially what goes down in Fens Street Sewer. I love the 20s noir aesthetic Fallout 4 has in certain points, but this location kills it. Has anyone found Fens St Sewer and the Dear Detective tapes yet?

"You're not patriotic just because you back whoever is in power today. You're not patriotic because you back their policies. You're patriotic when you work to improve the lives of the people in your country, in your community, in your family, those around you."
"People say I am ruthless. I am not ruthless. And if I find the man who is calling me ruthless, I shall destroy him."
