It's just on the edge of the uncanny valley. It's human but not really, to the point where it looks kinda creepy.
I don't hate this design; I'm already pretty used to it but it's just odd the first time you see it.

I'm disappointed with Nintendo's conference, but not that disappointed.
Since there are Nintendo Directs every couple months, I can forgive the content in this one, they pretty much have mini E3s every 40-60 days.
There were quite a few duds but the good games were really good.
I mean could they really have that much they want to show right now when theyre working on NX?
I can honestly see Zelda U being pushed to the NX, but since they have backwards compatibility, I think it would do just fine on the Wii U. I predict the NX will come out sometime in 2017-2018 so there's probably a lot of time for new games. But, I noticed they didn't really announce anything new on the Wii U except Mario Tennis and Animal Crossing Party: The Kill Yourself Game. It wasn't as bad as people are saying, but it didn't come close to previous years. Some Smash DLC would have helped. Wolf? Wolf!? WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOLF!?

It was too underwhelming.

That was painfully mediocore.
Built up the hype with Star Fox, maintained it every couple games, then completely killed the hype with the ending.
At least they said there is more coming in the Treehouse streams.
Jesus, at least put Smash Bros there.

Good point. Microsoft probably was more deserving of 2.5 but hype is pretty subjective.
