I love seeing all the competitive types who try and make up excuses for why Halo 4 is the most popular game specific playlist in MCC, why it has more backwards compatibility votes than any other and why H4 comes up a lot more in multi game playlists than 2 or 3. Just admit that the damn thing is more popular by the majority of the playerbase.
That's because the Halo player base left on the MCC is nothing but Reachtards and anyone who joined Halo after.
Halo veterans that have been there since CE weren't gonna wait 6 months for them to fix the MCC.
That makes sense, people that have played Halo for 14 years and stuck with the franchise through the totally problem-free Halo 2 are unwilling to wait six (which is overly dramatic) months. Not as if there are people that actually like Halo 4; it's also strange to assume that those that liked Reach automatically like 4, you've got living proof against that right here.
At least Halo 2 worked day one unlike the MCC which like you said took 6, supposedly, dramatic months to fix. Fuck me for expecting a game that I paid $60 for to work day one right? Yep, totally couldn't work around what Halo 2 had vs what MCC had. It's only 6 months, I should get over myself, because fuck the satisfaction of wanting my games to work and function properly. MCC was a disaster for 6 months, unplayable, literally unplayable. I think you can look past Halo 2's problems vs what MCC had. 6 months is a long time, it makes sense as to why people are so turned off to it now. At least I was able to play Halo 2 whereas the MCC I had to wait 6 months for them to fix, and even now it's still not perfect.
It really wasn't six months though (like I said before you jumped to your preferred interpretation, six is dramatic, 3 is closer to the truth), and the MCC was perfectly playable-lets be specific here in that it was only the online multiplayer that was broke, campaign, playlists and customs were all fine (bar split-screen H2A customs, that still performs poorly).
I'm pretty sure the campaigns didn't work at launch either.
I'm pretty sure they did, I did play them after all
You just happened to have a good copy of the game. Lots of people had problems with game crashing, losing progress, and frame rate issues. Just like how some people say (though I think they are lying) multiplayer hasn't had any issues since X update.
Everyone has the same copy. You don't just happen to get good copies.
The game was broken server side, not locally.
Game crashing and frame rate issues in single player are server side issues?
Not everyone had those issues, so are you suggesting that it was down to the individual copies? Because truly, that's silly.
I wasn't being literal.
So how did you mean it?
Figuratively, I was essentially saying you were one of the lucky ones.
Lucky with SP, unlucky with MP. I remember more people having problems with MP anyways, I don't think SP was anywhere near as broken for anywhere near as long

Petty insults and a lack of basic grammar really make you look good man. my grammar is better than yours
i don't need capitalization or punctuation it's better than having missing, extraneous, or awkwardly placed verbiage tossed haphazardly hither and thither
Causation does not mean two things are the same, the mere implication of this is utterly ridiculous. you're hung-up over semantics
and i'm the mad twelve-year-old
okay
Is there a reason why you are unable to comprehend language that utilises vocabulary that's more advanced than that of a twelve year old?

I said "exposed to real life", you said "preparing children for adulthood". Who's putting words in whose mouth? they're the exact same thing in the sense that one thing leads to the other
you wouldn't "expose" someone to real life if you weren't trying to prepare for for it
Either you did, or you believe that real life issues begin at adulthood-which is it?
you're so patronizing for someone who struggles so hard when it comes to forming a coherent sentence
Petty insults and a lack of basic grammar really make you look good man. they're the exact same thing in the sense that one thing leads to the other Causation does not mean two things are the same, the mere implication of this is utterly ridiculous. I genuinely cannot tell if you're stupid or just mad; it has also come across my mind that perhaps you're just a twelve year old, that would explain your sourness over ESRB ratings.

Why so? You don't think children should be exposed to the real world no
i don't
there's a time and place for everything preparing children for adulthood should probably come during your teen years
I disagree, I know about two kids that are like that-one's actually, literally special and the other is flourishing into a future peadophile. The reality is, your utopian preference isn't even possible anymore-better to learn about things through a safe, sci-fi filter than through watching IS behead someone on Facebook (for example). Plus, saying that real life issues aren't around until adulthood begins is just downright ignorant.

i just don't like the idea of little kids playing games where you kill, and deal with very complex adult themes, like war
Why so? You don't think children should be exposed to the real world, or in this case, a fantasy representation where most of the worst elements are either removed or turned into things to brofist over and laugh about?

It's going to be good, two words: Creative Assembly.
I just hope they upgrade the original idea from the first game. The first game was good, but not Starcraft worthy of applause.
Still hyped though.
As a basic, stone-age console gimp I prefer Supreme Commander 2 and Halo Wars to Starcraft-there are limits to how you can play an RTS with a controller, a certain simplification that I appreciate PC gamers hate. But seriously, what is needed is a drastic expansion and addition of game mechanics-drastic base building like in Supreme Commander would be ridiculous, so instead a huge boost in available tactics and technologies, as well as unit types and detail would be the way to go-no need to overhaul the core game

See that's where'd i'd disagree, the MCC is still inconsistent with the multiplayer-and the H2A customs run dreadfully in split-screen intermittently. Agh, it's all the past now-as long as lessons have been learnt at 343 and Halo 5 goes well

Is it over, anything good? No sequels pls
Aside from HW2, it was pretty lacklustre.
How come you think that? The purpose was to build upon E3 and to give us more of titles revealed last year, we got the huge bonus of Halo Wars 2 as well-i'd have labeled a success

I have never played that, I was FIFA 02-10 but played PES 2008-2010 too
You do realize PES was originally called Winning Eleven, right? Not sure why but they changed the name for western audiences. Imo, in those times PES was better, but that slowly changed in the late 2000's with revamped controls in FIFA along with more licensed teams/leagues.
PES was never Winning Eleven in Europe, before it was PES it was ISS in European markets-Winning Eleven was for America and Japan. And truly, I remember FIFA from way back before I had a PES game, keep in mind that i'm 15. The earliest titles I have are FIFA 02 and FIFA World Cup 2002

[Insert generic sports game hate here]
OT: I'm not the biggest FIFA fan out there by any stretch but I'm definitely considering this one.
don't ever get PES, it's shit
PES 16 is apparently better than FIFA according to people who've played it
Plus it's running on the FOX engine.
The last time PES was good Micheal Owen was playing for Newcastle, it's awkward controls, lack of actual teams, confused design and overall strange feel is crap-Fifa is at least a known, proven quantity that can be enjoyed by pretty much anyone
Not like I care, because both are garbage. Just reporting what's out there.
PES won best sports game last year, and is getting majorly reworked this time, hence the very positive feedback.
Watch Dogs won over 82 awards prior to release, nothing said before release day is trustworthy anymore
Emphasis on the last part of my post about major improvements. Meanwhile EA reskins teams and adds a female character model to the same game from half a decade ago.
There's as much of a difference between FIFA 10 and FIFA 15 as there is between PES 10 and PES 15
