My town has gone nuts over it, pretty much everyone is playing it. Me and a couple friends have covered about 30km walking in just a couple days playing it

You know the scene where they all get out the water after some shit? That was filmed in a pond just down road, Hampshire much Egypt.

Google autocorrects where I live to 'Boredom', the most exciting place near here is Aldershot ffs. No-one should ever come here.

Gaming / Re: Remakes
« on: June 01, 2016, 12:34:14 PM »
I wouldn't expect it for full price if I still had the original game.

Like Metro 2033 and Metro Redux, or CoD4 and it's Infinity remake. If I trade in my old copy, I'd expect a reduced-price copy of the game, seeing as it's basically a large-scale update.

If it's a massive update, e.g. Bringing Deus Ex to it's recent counterpart:

(and not just in terms of graphical updates, but also improved versions of the old features such as the gunplay)

Then that's way more justifiable.
I thought Human Revolution was a full reboot for the series though? I don't know if i'd class something that original, and which uses the previous games as a base, a remake.

ive been watching kabaneri of the iron fortress, and konosuba before that.

also nice choice with geass. it gets a little weird at times but if you buy into it its a great series. really fun.
Kabaneri is great, i'd call it the best of the current season but Sakamoto is really funny and Re: Zero is. Just. Too. Damn. Good.

Honestly the worst thing about having an XB1 is missing out on so many Japanese games. It saddens me

I tell myself everyday that I need to stop this shit. But I just fucking can't!
Just give in. My gf got me started into weebery and i've become addicted now, it's too late for me but i've found solace in accepting my depravity. It's that or go back in time and stop yourself, or maybe strike a deal with a demon or god.

I just watched Madoka recently actually. It's certainly interesting and it's a good psychological anime, as well as an interesting subversion of the magical girl genre. But i'd rather watch Haruhi-eight times ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Oh nice, Now I can replay i-

It says "plays on Xbox One" though.
I'll have to put it on my 360 first before it appears in my library.

My 360 is dead, I guess I can do it on the site
Or you can just purchase and download it from your Xbox One. You know, seeing as the March update added that feature

Full Metal Alchemist is a good one

Brotherhood was better, objectively
Of all the anime i've watched, i'm only now watching FMA:B, i'm on episode 20. I love it so far, it's causing me to rethink my favourite anime

The Flood / Re: I don't understand Anime.
« on: March 20, 2016, 04:40:16 PM »
Given the fact that i've preferred spending my time interacting with stories told through a bunch of 3D models on a screen where most of the time is spent inexplicably slaughtering people from when I was young, I don't find anime weird at all. Maybe i'm biased from watching a shit ton now, but i'm sure you recognise my point regardless.

Gaming / Re: Rumble
« on: March 19, 2016, 01:51:03 PM »
It's good for adding a sense of physicality. I don't rate standard rumble too highly but I find the XB1's impulse triggers to be fantastic-to the point where if my batteries get low (and so the impulse is turned off) it gets too distracting playing.
