The Flood / Re: Does anyone here still Bnet forums?
« on: March 12, 2020, 11:51:26 PM »
I still post there occasionally, but it’s a very superficial community. I think most of the regulars aren’t doing too well now that the only 2 threads they’d ever post are now banned.

Also long time no see my dude, how you been?

Thanks. Might pick it up next month so.
Yeah it’s a good expansion, but see if you can find any sales for it because the campaign is from the brutes’ side only as far as I remember

so yeah as tough of a pill as byleth is to swallow, she seems like a pretty bad character anyway so it's no big deal

slow, belmont-tier recovery (aka shit), and all of her moves are laggy as fuck, which actually makes her really fun to fight online, in the same way that ganondorf is fun to fight, because she's easily gimped and it's actually possible to punish her shit

one time, i blocked her down smash as puff, and even though i was still, like, one-and-a-half body lengths away from her AFTER shieldstun, i was STILL able to run up and grab her because of all those recovery frames
please tell me run up rest is possible in that situation

Get the rear quarter panels, wheels and taillight covers to finish the Z-Tune body conversion on my car

that’s it because I’m still up another $7k to finish it all.

Got one of these after my suv was totaled.  Tho it kinda backfired since we moved and now I drive that thing like 110 miles everyday.  And now that I'm looking to move (again), I'm really limited on space.  It's not a bad car, but I just really miss my suv.  Plus I've already gotten two flats in this from shit being left on the interstate, so im sick of driving tbh

Honestly wtf was GM thinking when they designed that thing?
It wasn't just GM, it was nearly every car manufacturer in the early 2010s that built small shitty cars like the Spark because of newer emission laws that were passed mostly in Europe and the US. Even manufacturers like Aston Martin who make nothing but luxury sports cars made this piece of shit to jump on the bandwagon like every one else did. Manufacturers like BMW, Toyota, Ford, Chevrolet, Mitsubishi, and Honda all had their own flagship EV during this time. People bought them and they still sell to this day.

They made them because people thought that the era of sports cars, super cars, and other cars with big V8s and V12s was going to end. They expected people to buy these smaller cars because they were good on gas and were cheap to buy/make. It was just a trend in the car market at the time.

Nowadays everyone is buying SUVs and every manufacturer is jumping on that bandwagon once again far worse than the EV craze. It's gotten so bad that Ford turned the Mustang into an SUV and had the audacity to name it "Mach E" which is insulting to the brand name. Mitsubishi turned the Eclipse into an SUV which looks hilariously like the Pontiac Aztek.

I think at this rate Ferrari and McLaren are the only major car manufacturers left that don't have an SUV in their lineup and hopefully it stays that way.
There are a few neat SUVs on the market. Ford Australia built Territory Turbos/F6Xs and AMG SUVs all are pretty quick in a straight line.

You can buy an old used V8 from the 90’s/2000’s for $3k or less through private sale. Hatchbacks are just meant for good economy and inner city driving. I had an 80’s Corolla hatch as my first car and took it rallying, it was fun lmao.

Hello, I am new! (2019, November 24)

Heard of this site when pondering about The Flood's current whereabouts after Bungie, now Bungo 2019, (after a few dumb desticles infected their studio and the good guys were fired). Sometime after Luke Smith just released his game, The Flood (Bungie's greatest, brightest, and famous internet community/ally), were hunted down and genocided just out of mindless wrath, and lack of skin or soul. Eff Bungo and their precious desticles. I say kill them all back.

This better has be approved! This is deepest thing I wrote on this site so far! ;)
Welcome my dude, What was your username on Just wondering if we'd recognise you.

Never forget after this forum was made because of how shitty was, their forum mods made user polls about this site asking if people liked it more.
Sounds about right. The Narcissism on that website is equal to that of Sapphire members except slightly less overtly toxic.

Not exactly. Kitsune joined via TapTalk.

The reality is this place is too toxic. Lack of innovation is a small problem here, but the real problem is there's too much anarchy itself. I'm not saying make the place a hugbox but the place should have decent standards to be more of a gaming community instead of a 4chan ripoff with no standards. If I wanted no standards and chaos I'd be at 4chan.
Why do you make the exact same bunch of posts about this place's toxicity/hatred towards you every few months? I know some users liked to make fun of you/turn your posts into a meme (which happened indiscriminately for the most part), but they barely post here anymore.

I get this group had its teething issues but as far as I'm aware, the last 'drama' was Kiyo's reaction to Slash being Slash, and that was years ago. If anything, the lack of toxic positivity, attention whoring and mob mentality makes this a better website to be a regular on than most bigger communities. I don't know why you genuinely have the perception that everybody loathes you, but I just don't see it.

I thought they removed it a while ago; the entire forum list has been gutted for years my dude

Hopefully the price for the Supra tanks and used ones dip in pricing. I wouldn't mind owning one tbh they sound nice, are pretty quick, and you have the Toyota reliability as well so you can drive this baby for 30 years if you wanted to.
I just want something to come along that makes people lose interest in earlier generation stuff so I can stockpile RB and JZ engines tbqh. Short of Exporting my 34 to the US I ain't makin enough bank to afford any good car off the showroom floor any time soon ayy lmao

I'm hoping Mazda takes advantage of all the heat the new Supra is getting and is able to draw customers their way if the RX-9 is a cheaper and somehow faster car.

I enjoy the new Supra as I think it's not as bad as most people are making it out to be, but the price for it brand new is absolutely ridiculous especially with the new Corvette coming out being much faster and costing $10k-$15k less.
Tbh the bulk of the Flack it's getting is from 13 year olds fresh from their first viewing of Initial D Stage 4/F&F 1 making fun of it for being developed by BMW. People in my town who have one (including a guy who has every generation from MA61 onwards) have given them glowing reviews, but certainly the price point is a letdown. I think they tried too hard to take advantage of a lack of market competition (their rival being the Kia Stinger) and overcharged, but on paper it's not much more expensive than the A80 RZ versions were, adjusted for inflation.

The Flood / Re: Post your vehicles
« on: November 17, 2019, 11:37:27 PM »
It’ll probably cost less and still be faster than the new Supra too
I can't see it having the top end to be faster than the B58 if it's N/A, but I hope it's a turbocharged missile or something crazy like the R26B.

Not that this will ever affect me as I'll never be able to afford either lmao

Don’t have a picture but I have a black Mazda 6 signature.
How do you feel about Mazda making an RX-9 with a rotary engine?
shit better be like the Turbocharged 13/20b but an improvement and not this RENESIS shit smh

Cruzes are everywhere cause they're affordable and easy to maintain.

My mom used to have a '14 Cruze. It was a good car but to me the steering wheel was way too small, interior was rather small for a 4-door sedan, and it severely lacked the power that other sedans at the time had. It also had issues cause of a recall on GM cars from this time period. My Camaro is a 2014 and thankfully I have had no problems at all with that recall.

She traded the Cruze in for a Malibu after about a year and that car was way better in every category.
Every summer the Workshop I used to work at gets 2-3 Cruzes in with Coolant problems and subsequent Head Gasket/Engine Failure. I think we really lost out on Build quality compared to you guys lmao
