I saw TFA again today. Few things:
Before Kylo kills Han, the red light that falls over him is a really nice touch. Shows him finally going over to the dark.
When him and Rey were locking sabers, I don't know if it was intentional but I love how you can see the refelction of the sabers in their eyes. Almost like it's an internal conflict as well as a physical one.
What was that ash tray that Kylo put his helmet in when he was interrogating Rey? Do they dump cigarettes in it?
Looks like he left his helmet on that bridge? Does he have a supply of them in his room?
The audience is left to assume it's Vader's ashes from Endor. Which when you think about it, must have been hard to actually obtain.
Would have thought he would have kept them in a jar or something.

The more unique boss Dark Souls 2 had to offer.
I really like piano.
Poor Artorias.
Oh look, Undertale.
Sinh's theme was really good too.

Post your favorite battle themes from videogames. Metal Gear Rising has the best boss battle music, IMO. The final boss music for Sonic Heroes was great too. Crush 40 was cool, glad they're returning for the new game. And Tabuu from Smash Bros Brawl

See, I saw the film 3 days after it came out and one of the first things I said when I left the cinema was about how much I enjoyed the FN vs TR8R fight lol

I was having trouble visualizing that due to how poorly it was described--how'd he get so stuck anyway?
But uh, yeah, caves be scary.
From what I gathered, it was a tight space that he had to suck in his chest to get through, and he probably breathed and got stuck. I think the worst part was when they tried pulling him out, but it failed and he fell back in. I mean just the thought of being pulled to safety, then it feeling the intense dread as it becomes even more hopeless is fucking scary.

Anyways, we're like four months away from season 6 with GRRM not even mentioning anything about a release date, so I don't take this as much of a surprise.
I can see Jon's parentage being revealed this season, kinda sucks that we have to see it in the show first but eh.
Eh, if a reveal that's already been widely accepted among the fanbase is the worse thing to be spoiled this season, I'll be fine. What's really going to piss me off is when it starts to spoil who survives and who doesn't in a shitty, simplified way.
Spoiler Possibly. I'm currently not expecting him to die in the Battle of Winterfell but I can't imagine he'll have a key role in the last book. I kind of think the characters they decided to kill off in season 5 were characters that they didn't know where to go with for the show. I mean they cut Aegon and he is obviously going to have a huge role in TWOW so it's hard to say what level of accuracy the show can be held to at this point. I'm more so talking about the A-list characters like Jaime or Arya. If one of them dies, then they surely die in the books.
Spoiler I think Stannis will crush Ramsay Bolton at least (Roose may escape), and return to the Wall to face the Others in battle, where he will die.
My second line of thought is that he might take Massey's sellswords and march south only to be struck down by Dany, which I would not be a fan of compared to the first option.
Spoiler Stannis is a hard one to predict. I don't know where is going to fit in the conflict between Dany, Aegon, the Greyjoys, etc. But I don't think he's going to die based solely on the fact that he's suddenly getting financed by the Iron Bank. If he dies, what was the point of that? Your first option seems likely.
Roose can't die just yet. He's got some 'splainin to do.
Spoiler About being a vampire?
Yep

I see this delightful shit is still going on.

Spoiler Arya's lost me a bit. Not really that interested in her story at the mo.
Spoiler Arya's story is wierd as fuck, both in what I know from the show and books. I wanna know more on what'll happen to Bran, we kinda got an understanding on the type of power Bran has in the Game of Thrones Telltale game(which sucked sadly).
I kind of just want to see Arya's training complete faster so she can return to Westeros, but at least she isn't taking for-fucking-ever like Dany is.
At this point I've pretty much given up on Dany. I think I actually enjoyed Brienne's quest more.
I quite liked book Brienne, she gave off this hardy impression but when you see her POV chapters you see that she's extremely wary about fighting people and knows she's not invincible... she was no Jaime of course but I thought her actions were sort of admirable (especially outside that inn). Also, she has that one chapter where Septon Meribald gives one of the best anecdote/speeches in the entire series.
Brienne's quest felt like a fantasy rpg or something. It was cool. I liked Ser Hyle...

I've been lolling ever since I found out that his shitty books will be overtaken by and take their plot from their shitty TV adaption. Lol.
They don't take the plot from the tv-show, though.
So the books won't be overtaken?
Oh they will, but the show is doing it's own thing now, has been for a while. A load of shit happens in the show that isn't anywhere in the books.
But I remember reading that the books and show will remain connected (like they still are now) so that would mean that elements of the plot of the show will be making their way into the books if the show precedes them
They're connected, but the show has a habit of combining characters and changing people to better suit the tv.
