Should I give User cards effects as well as their attack points
or
Have the User cards be basic monsters, and the effects are seperate cards that you can play alongside them? I'm leaning more towards the second one.
hmm the first would be cool because everyone gets a customized thing.
The second is a little more practical.
Personally I like #1. It would give the game a bit of randomness and a fun side the 2nd kinda misses. The effects would be up to you if you do either.
Your call.
Also the American based cards should be a simple white star in the top white. For the Brits.... idk
Second one evens it out a bit more, but the first one would open it up to the kind of chaos and randomness we expect from this forum. I'll go with the first one if I find out what everyone's habits are, then I can work them into it.

Maybe make a separate thread for effects once you get an adequate number of unique card faces.
