The only thing is that I'm trying to make it a little simpler. Any ideas as to what other effects could be used?
Maybe things like
'When this card is played, your opponent must move a certain card from their side of the field'
Like a player card or an incident card?
Player. I wanna have at least two different styles of play. One for all out powering up and attacking, the other for being more sneaky and playing strategically.

Well in MTG, there are different deck themes with different playstyles. Cards like yours could work into a more strategic playstyle, while the other, more brute force cards encourage a more straightfoward attack approach.

Your effect is dumb. If my card is in play, you lose 100 points in each.
Which makes your card even scarier when its played.

Quick question though. For Mods and Architects. How powered up do you want them to be? ARG/RT stats wise and Effects.
Uhmmm. Maybe give mods 100 for both stats, and architects something around 180?

We seem to be hung up on the stealth issues. The only one I can think of again was the box mechanics in the sewers and I'm more than certain Kojima wanted that in so they shoehorned it in (meaning it took away from the entire point of the game).
And no Verb I didn't say that >:I
It's just a stupidly fun game with amazing quotes. I got more enjoyment out of it than I did MGS V I think. Both during the game and the lasting effects. MGS V left me with a "phantom pain" heueue...
Yeah I got way more out of MGR than MGSV. I still listen to the MGR soundtrack on my phone heh.

Any chance someone else could do mine? I have no experience with these card games and wouldn't know what to put for mine.
TBH I have no experience outside of actually playing them, I'm just sort or planning it as I go along and putting people's ideas on their cards. I guess we'll find out if it works when it comes to actually playing it.
