Kylo Ren, the heir to Darth Vader's villainous reign in the Star Wars universe, may be even more disturbed than previously thought.
Director J.J. Abrams told Entertainment Weekly that in the scene where Kylo Ren removes his helmet and places it on a dust covered stand while interrogating Rey, the "dust" is actually a collection of ash left over from the various people he's killed in that chamber.
Originally, the scene was supposed to take place when Kylo Ren talked to the disfigured helmet of Darth Vader, but because of time constraints, Abrams couldn't use it. The director told the magazine that even though they couldn't incorporate it into the film, he loved the idea of using the ash somehow.
"Then we reshot it with his mask on, but we had that shot which I loved and thought was so cool of the mask being slammed down into that ash," Abrams said. "So that shot was stolen from the scene that we had changed and put into the scene with Rey."
This revelation opens the door to a bunch of other questions, including whether or not Kylo Ren incinerated the bodies in that room or had them burned somewhere else with the ashes brought to his torture chamber. Abrams did not expand on any of this.

http://nerdreactor.com/2016/04/01/zack-snyder-responds-to-petition-to-have-him-removed/Listen, I love DC. I really do. But sometimes I think the fanbase can be fickle little children. I… [scoff] I go out there and do my damned best to give these people what they want and they shit all over me. First they say there’s too much action and not enough story in Man of Steel. They also wanted Injustice, TDKR, Flashpoint, and Doomsday – Did I not deliver in Batman v Superman?! Then I hear that Batman is too much of a pussy and that he should just kill the Joker, so I introduced a better Batman!
I swear these whiney little babies want this or that, and when you give it to them, they complain more! And some of it isn’t even completley my fault! These fans don’t understand how many “suits” speak to me to add their own touch to the movie as well, so I have to find a happy medium for everyone! [breathing heavily] You know what? I think I should just go work with Marvel. I hear Ghost Rider is pretty dark and grim, maybe I’d do better over there. Feige! I’m giving you a ring! [phone hangs up]

Acting was meh to crap tier. Affleck did an acceptable job. Cavill was like watching paint dry and Eisenberg was outright terrible.
The story was over-complicated and underwritten. We don't really see anyone's full plans. What we are shown doesn't make sense. Batman's motivations aren't clear, Superman taking off after the explosion and feeling guilty for something that happened after he left, and Luthor's plan are all misses.
The special effects and cinematography were good. Well... except Doomsday. He looked like a Ninja Turtle crossed with the Abomination.
The pacing was stop and go, and didn't have a flow.
All in all... I'll give it a 3.5/10. There were just too many missed opportunities.
I thought Luthor's plan was pretty clear, it was uhh... kill god? Or something
Yeah but then what.
What was he gonna do when doomsday went on a rampage and nobody could stop him.
Dunno, make a Vine of it or something.

Godammnit that film was long. My ass feels like it's been scraped against a carpet for 20 minutes straight.
It wasn't terrible, it had good moments. Battfleck was awesome, the fight scenes were good, and Jeremy Irons as Alfred was great. Henry Cavill was once again serviceable as Superman but the rest of it just felt disjointed as hell. It's like they're trying to catch up to Marvel by building a cinematic universe as quickly as they can. So far they've done a somewhat okay job of it...
I didn't outright HATE Luthorberg but he was a bit irritating.
I'd give it a solid 6.8/10

So I got it on PS2, started it earlier. Just thought I'd talk a bit about it, and why I think it's such a good game.
So the game starts off with a short cutscene, James looking at himself in a mirror. This may not seem like much right now, but as you learn more about him over the course of the game, it begins to make sense. In case of spoilers for an early PS2 game, I won't say just what.
The game's terror begins right off the bat. You must walk along a winding forest path to get to the town itself. While you are walking, you hear strange, odd sounds in the background. Unearthly growls, scraping sounds. Further on, another sound begins to occur: footsteps. First time I played I felt VERY scared because I thought something was chasing me. It's not helped by the fact that the camera is positioned in front of James, something usually reserved for chase sequences in games. Of course there is nothing behind you, but the feeling of dread is still ever present. It's effective because the extra footsteps are only present when you are moving. If you stop, they stop too a few seconds later.
The game does a great job of building the horrific atmosphere within the first few minutes. And it only gets better from there...
So have you played it? Do you like atmospheric horror games, or games with a great story? I'd say give it a shot. The HD 'remaster' was fucking terrible though.
