I caved and bought Siege Shockwave. I feel so dirty because it's a Voyager with armor that I don't even like but I really wanted it...

Alright I finally got around to the alt mode photo shoot

Spoiler
This makes sense
That's the first time I changed Megatron since getting him 3 years ago, thank fuck for the youtube videos for these things

Spoiler
I'm not really a fan of Bay Prime, but he can strike a pose

Everyone has that edgy phase
Trucks

Mega Jet
Big Boy scale
Last Knight might have been an awful movie, but I really liked the Megatron design since it's essentially a live action version of Transformers: Prime Megatron

Is that Bumbleprime the 3A one? Damn that looks good. Not gonna lie, I cannot stand a majority of the post-DOTM Movie designs, especially with those uncanny metal-human faces. Galvatron from AOE is literally one of the worst things I've ever seen. TLK Megs is a sexy motherfucker though.

I've been learning stop motion with an app on my phone, experimenting with my Transformers. Here's Galaxy Prime

Anyone remember a short lived Transformers TV show called Robots in Disguise? It was a series made in Japan that preceded the Unicron trilogy of shows (which were also Japanese-produced).

Of course, who could forget the shark poet himself?

I just like cool action and likable characters that also happen to be well animated, I don't really care what country it's from. It's all just entertainment to me.

Anyone else pick it up? I've never played the original, so this is all new to me. I ended up muting the character voices within half an hour because I'm already sick of hearing the same 2 lines after every battle.

Also Spinister is best boy. Great articulation, nice colours and a fun transformation. He's one of my favorite characters in the comics too!

I'm in love. I like the Masterpiece figures, but I personally find it kinda boring to just be a screen accurate representation of the character, so I prefer stuff like Siege. I wouldn't mind that Shockwave though
It does annoy me that they've suddenly changed to trying to pull off 100% cartoon accuracy in the last few years, instead of just settling for the 60-75% they used to. I don't mind cartoon style, but it looks weird having realistic cart parts Sideswipe standing next to squashed cartoon Bumblebee. Even the Starscream I have doesn't really match because it's a super old mold compared to the other 3.

They have really stepped up with these last few mainstream lines though, seen a bunch of cool Earthrise ones but just don't have the room to get a lot of smaller ones.

How are you going about reading the comics? That's the one part of the franchise I haven't looked at, but I've always been bad at trying to figure out how to read a comic series compared to just picking up a book series.

The smaller ones don't really grab my attention much but when I see one for a good price I usually snatch it up, got SS Barricade for a tenner a few weeks ago which I'm happy with.

As for the comics, IDW has collected the entire run into trade paperbacks of both phases, including all released material such as spotlights etc.

I'm not sure how clued in you are on the comics, but when phase 1 ended they split off into two concurring stories, More than Meets the Eye and Robots in Disguise. MTMTE was actually where I started earlier this year and I enjoyed it a great deal, despite missing out on loads of stuff happening beforehand. About a week ago I decided to go back to the paperbacks and read it from the start, and it's great. Some arcs and art can be a bit meandering, but it's a great experience overall. The paperbacks have both RiD and MTME included, so you'll read a few issues of MTME before switching over to RiD and vice versa. Personally I find MTME because it's more of a lighthearted and funny space adventure whilst RiD is more focused on the efforts to rebuild Cybertron.

I've been reading it all on Readcomicsonline, but you didn't hear that from me

I used to have a whole bunch when I was a kid, but I sold them all. Wish I didn't now, but I've bought a few of the high end collector ones over the last 4 or 5 years

Meg and the boys
Prime

One shall stand

My Favourite

Newest addition
One shall fall
Bring your bot to work day
Truck

I'll transform them and take some alt mode pictures later, it takes a little bit especially if I do them all in a row

honestly my entire perception of transformers has been completely tainted by michael bay

I can't lie, that's what got me into it back in 07 but the comics and some of the cartoons are really good

Anyone else here into Transformers? I've been really into the franchise this year, binging the comics hard and collecting my favorite characters' figures. I just picked up Titans Return Sixshot today and I'm really happy with him, though the limbs are a bit floppy.

Post your favorite pasta dish. I'm a boring cook so I enjoy just the usual pasta with bacon in a tomtato and herb sauce, but my dad makes a really nice carbonara.

Any of you boys want to play sometime soon?

Also, how the fuck do you communicate? The situation has rarely presented itself, but anytime any chatter goes on I can't hear anyone and don't know what the push to talk is.

I'm up for it. Xbox gt is the same as my username. I'll be on this Wednesday (today) and Friday.

Edit: oh wait nevermind you meant PC.

Added you, Yamato Soup

Boring looking protagonist, uninteresting story, and you can't even be evil. No buy.

Have you played it? Deadass the trailers bored me but I bought it HOPING it would be good. I got a game that rivals my love for jedi outcast and jedi academy, and I can't put it down.

Unless there's a free demo that lets me play the game without spending money on it I'll never go anywhere near it

I think it's included in game pass which was $1 or so thanks to black friday?

If it's on Gamepass I might give it a go, maybeeee
