Arab women, now.
I love the air of mystery they create. You don't know if they're hot or not until after you marry them.

Ugh, the large taskbar is so...

sluggish. Use small icons!
Which taskbar? The one at the top or bottom?

Silly Class, obviously the bottom! Right click and go to properties.
Eh, no thanks. I like my bulky taskbar. Also, the small one doesn't show the date.

Banned for impersonation.
Yeah, obviously. I meant I'm just super curious which user it was, though.

Yeah, I personally identify as a black bear. It's pretty fucked up that Cheat's too bigoted to recognize bear as a legitimate gender.

>implying i'm only talking about weed
This started about Carl Sagan's use of weed. As for the other drugs, I research them heavily when it comes to safety. I don't need to know what it's doing on a physiological level if I just know what's a safe dosage to take. Thinking that you need to know any more than that to be a responsible drug user is idiotic.

Yes, because before you do anything you need to extensively understand the precise details and every miniscule effect it may have. Before you have a glass of water, you need to know how every organ in your body will react to the water, and the atomic physiology of every chemical that makes it up, right?
We've been drinking water ever since humanity has been a thing. We know what it does, and we know what it HAS done for people for millennia.
The same thing with marijuana. I know that the herb is harmless, I don't need to know why it's harmless.

I take it you mean "stupid" in the sense of intelligence, which is just dumb.
No. I mean "stupid" in the sense that if you do something inadvisable or risky, I'm gonna call you on it. I'm gonna browbeat you, because it's a stupid thing to do, regardless of how actually intelligent or successful you may be. The Carl Sagan shit is just idiotic. I make analogies all the fucking time; most of them involve death, and every single time, some cunt has to come by and say something stupid like, "Wow, I can't believe you're going to compare that to murder." And use that as an argument against me. But it's okay for you to compare yourself to Carl Sagan, right. A scientist who probably had an extensive knowledge of not only the drugs themselves, but also of his own physiology? You know nothing about drugs or your own body. You say you know "just enough". Well, "just enough" for you isn't "just enough" for any rational, intelligent human being.

Enjoying your life, if that's all you value, is hedonistic (which I use as a pejorative), selfish, and egocentric. Risking your own life to experience some frivolous pleasure is infinitely stupid, and you deserve whatever negative happens to you if it does happen to you. You gamble your money, you should expect to lose. In fact, let's not gamble at all.

The pleasures I enjoy are simple with no real risk involved. I play games from time to time, or maybe I'll write a short story. These things give me pleasure, but there's relatively zero risk of me harming myself. If your idea of fun IS having that risk, I call you an idiot. Unless your idea of fun is getting hurt, which, that's still stupid, but I actually think that's even less stupid than someone who's willing to take a risk.
Why do you use hedonism as a negative word? It's not an inherently bad thing, it's just about priorities. Hedonism isn't "my enjoyment and relaxation is the most important thing in the world", it's simply putting your enjoyment as a real, attainable priority. If my friend was drowning beside me and I was watching TV, would I, as a hedonist, just keep watching TV because it's more pleasurable than doing the work of saving my friend? Of course not, that's idiotic. There's certainly some selfishness involved in a hedonistic lifestyle, but that's okay. As humans, we're meant to be selfish. Our life is ours, not anyone else's.

And can you please tell me how taking risks or damaging your body with substances from time to time is stupid? I take it you mean "stupid" in the sense of intelligence, which is just dumb. Countless studies have shown that the more intelligent you are, the more likely you are to experiment with drugs. I'll use the oft-repeated example of Carl Sagan to back up the fact that you can do drugs, take risks, and still be smart and successful. Just because you can find pleasure in the things you like, doesn't mean everyone can. If anything, demanding that everyone conform to your leisurely activities is the ego-centric idea here.

What the fuck did you just fucking say about me, you little bitch? I’ll have you know I graduated top of my class in the Navy Seals, and I’ve been involved in numerous secret raids on Al-Quaeda, and I have over 300 confirmed kills. I am trained in gorilla warfare and I’m the top sniper in the entire US armed forces. You are nothing to me but just another target. I will wipe you the fuck out with precision the likes of which has never been seen before on this Earth, mark my fucking words. You think you can get away with saying that shit to me over the Internet? Think again, fucker. As we speak I am contacting my secret network of spies across the USA and your IP is being traced right now so you better prepare for the storm, maggot. The storm that wipes out the pathetic little thing you call your life. You’re fucking dead, kid. I can be anywhere, anytime, and I can kill you in over seven hundred ways, and that’s just with my bare hands. Not only am I extensively trained in unarmed combat, but I have access to the entire arsenal of the United States Marine Corps and I will use it to its full extent to wipe your miserable ass off the face of the continent, you little shit. If only you could have known what unholy retribution your little “clever” comment was about to bring down upon you, maybe you would have held your fucking tongue. But you couldn’t, you didn’t, and now you’re paying the price, you goddamn idiot. I will shit fury all over you and you will drown in it. You’re fucking dead, kiddo.

Okay, you got me. In the way that makes you individually happy and fulfilled, while not directly adversely affecting anyone else. Someone doing drugs by themselves doesn't directly hurt anyone else.
That doesn't make it any less stupid. There is no way to make self-harm okay. None.

And by the way, you just established meaning for our existence. You established a purpose. "Do what makes you happy as long as it doesn't hurt others." You just helped my argument. Because that's what I say. That's what I have surmised to be our purpose. Not an explicit, objective purpose—one I'm imposing, obviously.
Someone enjoying their lives isn't stupid. And that's not really a "purpose" so much as a philosophy.

Living life right is simply living life in the way that makes you individually happy and fulfilled.

There is no reason we're here other than basic evolution. We should continue because life is full of happiness and pleasure if we live it right. We don't have a "contribution", nor are we obligated to.
And I'm saying there is NO way to "live it right". Obviously.
Living life right is simply living life in the way that makes you individually happy and fulfilled. Or, at the very least, having fun. Searching for some cosmic meaning is fruitless, because there is none. Like I said, we simply are. There's nothing more to it than that.

That's just the thing - there is no reason we're in this "maze". We're here for the same reason that an ant is, or that a robin is. We just are. We're animals, and unlike most animals, we don't spend all our time trying to get food or water. We've already mastered the art of preventing starvation and thirst, so we spend our time thinking up these big questions like "what does it mean", "why are we here", when the simple answer is nothing, no reason. You can overthink yourself to death about why you're in the maze, and I hope the contrived answer you get is more fulfilling than the tasty, real block of cheese I'll have.
If something truly happens for no reason, which I think is just bogus, either way, you need a justification for the phenomenon. A reason. Why are we here—No, why should we be here? Why should we continue? What is our contribution?

No one's asking this question, because everyone's too busy trying to have "FUN".
And I hope you just die if that's all you think life is about.
Okay, the actual reason why we're here is because the Big Bang formed hundreds of millions of galaxies, including the Milky Way. In the Milky Way, Earth formed. Fast forward hundreds of thousands of years, the first single-celled lifeforms form. Fast forward even more, those lifeforms evolve into multicellular organisms. Those organisms eventually become fish, insects, birds, etc. Mammals eventually form, which leads to the rise of apes. Tens of thousands of years after the extinction of the dinosaurs, apes evolve into neanderthals, which eventually evolve into modern humans. One human, the genesis of all that is good and moral, rises out of the filth of the mortal world, forever entangled of their sins of having fun and pleasure, and schools them over the Internet.

There is no reason we're here other than basic evolution. We should continue because life is full of happiness and pleasure if we live it right. We don't have a "contribution", nor are we obligated to.

Right back at ya, kid.
I'm not the one who wastes his time trying to chase the golden cheese. I'm the one trying to figure out why we're in the maze to begin with, and all its implications. I think that's a little more enlightening. I think that's a little more productive.

Yeah, exactly. You can't have fun all the time, that doesn't put food in your stomach or a roof over your head. There's a base level of work you have to put in.
No, don't sell yourself short, you stupid asshole. Drugs are the answer to everything. They'll put ALL the roofs on ALL the houses.
Your words, not mine. I never said drugs are everything, I simply never said that they're nothing.
