Not wanting to begin a second wave of conscription on Nal Hutta, the Grand Hutt Council instead starts conscripting adult, jobless and low-class natives of Toydaria. Expected to be complete on page 21.
The Grand Hutt Council sets aside 40,000 guards and 10,000 elite guards for use in a military expansion. The number is evenly split into two companies, one headed toward Circumtore and one toward Hollastin. 3,000 Z-95s and 600 gunships are used in each campaign. Circumtore expected to be annexed on page 22, Hollastin on page 23.
