It's not gender-exclusive, not at all, but a man and peak physical strength will always be stronger than a woman trained in the same vein. That certainly isn't to say a woman can't achieve awesome feats of strength (Tons of women who train competitively are stronger than the average man), but the male body is just biologically more inclined towards that sort of activity.

You know what's funny? Before playing through F3 and reviewing it, it was one of those games I would always shit on--and people would give me shit for it. Now I kinda like the game, after having given it a fair shot. And now no one seems to like it anymore.
it's not like Fallout Brotherhood of Steel level but it's still super shitty and barely even a "Fallout" game bethesda fixed their errors with F4 and rectified the atmosphere but because it's new and the gameplay itself isn't RPG enough, people have a hate circlejerk over it
