actually "freedom of expression" is an umbrella term for the five freedoms--speech, assembly, petition, press, religion
what you described as freedom of expression is still freedom of speech--harassment, threats, yelling fire, etc. are simply cited as exceptions that are not protected under free speech laws

i know exactly what the writers were attempting to do, but it was executed so poorly that i legit cannot watch that scene without bursting out laughing
that's on you it made an excellent capstone to the needful brutality of the scene in a carrot/stick way just because you didn't like it doesn't make it bad - guess what, you're not the expert authority you think you are
