all the critics agree paid shills
keep fucking crying dude jack and ashi are perfect for each other they're both children in a way - all jack has really done for the past 50+ years is fight, so he doesnt have the maturity of a real world adult

its a good episode and an amazing season
season 5 has been building up to jack x ashi in a great way and its just beacuse of this whiny sjw social climate that people are bitching
90% of people liked this episode, youre just a fucking lonely whiner

it was subtle jajaja
look at episode 4
she wanted to like jack, because she saw his compassion in eps 3 and early 4, but she still had all this anger in her so she expressed her conflicting emotions by yelling endlessly at him
you didnt pick up on this and you consider yourself a critic lmao
no amount of poorly-executed "build-up" could ever make this ship feel natural and unforced
let alone necessary or good for the show as a whole
lmao it was so fucking natural and flowing, youre just a fucking goblin with no grasp on human emotion

go fuck yourself retard

anyone who EVER saw a father/daughter dynamic in jack and ashi are fucking pathetic creeps who tried to force something that never existed
you mean like genndy
ashi and jack had chemistry since episode 4 it was only the whiny tumblr fags who wanted a cliche mentor/mentee shit relationship

the dude in the cowboy hat?
you see it right off the bat
why is this a thing
so that people can claim to see it right away in an attempt to seem more perceptive than other people

I'm really confused. You hate men and now you hate women... so it's safe to say you hate all of humanity, right?
this post is sarcasm lol verb called me a misogynist because I supported JackXAshi

Jack did not get over his depression because of ashi, if you think that you have no fucking clue what this show is about verb

ok but i legit did maybe the dissociation helps with that or something i spent like 10 minutes trying to find a double meaning in the hat like a duck/rabbit thing

why do you let your hangups affect your critical senses
lmao dude i dont call rocky a bad movie because i dont like macho stuff - dont call SJ a bad show because you dont like an organic progression of love
rocky didn't start getting macho until rocky 3, and i would agree that's when the series started getting kinda dumb too
the difference is, it's still appealing because you're not really supposed to take it seriously anywayβit's just dumb fun
there is nothing fun about a rushed, hackneyed romance plot with characters who have no business being with each other anyway in a series that was never about love in the first place
it was not hackneyed, it was executed perfectly - if you didnt feel the chemistry between ashi and jack this season youve probably just never fallen in love and cant understand what it looks like but what I want to know is how AshiXJack is misogynistic in ANY way defend that fucking viewpoint ashi doesnt need jack lmao, shes saved him countless times if anything jack needs ashi

I'm a misogynist because I don't think there's anything wrong with any two consenting adults falling in love

where did anyone imply women cant be independent lmao
literally searching for something to be upset about
4733
« on: May 07, 2017, 05:54:16 AM »
but how the fuck does misogyny come into play
women can't be independent
they need men to complete them
if you don't see that that's the message being spread here, then you're not very good at reading between the lines and have the mind of a 13-year-old fanfiction.net user whose favorite movie is the Notebook
It was never implied there. Not every relationship is about needing someone else to fucking complete you there's this thing called falling in love

except that's fucking wrong - Jack had ended his depression and grief at the end of episode 6. He was the one who slayed the horseman, the representation of his guilt. It wasn't Ashi's love that made Jack come out of his depression, it was knowing that he had made the world a better place, and that his friends and allies are still out there holding the torch.
if this were true, that would only make the show even worse
it is true
that was the intended fucking meaning and youre too dense to grasp it
and if it were true, this season would only suck even harder, because that's so fucking boring
it's also not even true
okay? thats what the season is - you think it's boring, I think it's necessary but how the fuck does misogyny come into play are you like a straight up tumblr person now, throwing out words that have nothing behind them?

Jack was depressed because he thought he failed the world. He never went to the same place twice, so he never got to see the positive results of his actions. That changed in season 5.

explain to me how the show implies you need a partner to be whole
it fucking doesnt, youre reading into it in an attempt to find something wrong
by doing it at all
this is jack's character arc--he's alone and depressed until he finds a significant other to complete him
he can't just find something within himself; his self-worth is awkwardly chained to another person
fucking stupid

Youre reading this show completely fucking backwards. Youre honestly not nearly as smart as I used to think you were.

and yes, your opinion is incredibly misogynistic--the whole message of the episode, and perhaps the entire show so far, is that you cannot be a complete person without a romantic partner; you can't just be independent
No it's fucking not? That's never fucking stated or implied. You're fighting ghosts, dipshit. Jack and Ashi didnt need to end up together, but they did and it was very natural
this is some PSU-tier reasoning
explain to me how the show implies you need a partner to be whole it fucking doesnt, youre reading into it in an attempt to find something wrong

By thinking you need to protect younger women from older men you are being misogynistic.
An adult is an adult.
except that's not the reason the ship shouldn't have happened you dumb retard
and that's also not even the whole reason the episode sucked
this show is garbage from head to toe
nah man, they have so much chemistry youre just an angry little man who doesnt like love this season of samurai jack is better than any of the previous four
