—Talon Company Update— Military: 60,000 soldiers equipped with combat armor and helmets, wielding 5.56 assault rifles. 20,000 soldiers equipped with metal armor, wielding 5.56 assault rifles. 1,000 soldiers stationed on top of southern border wall, equipped with combat armor and wielding .308 sniper rifles.
Technology: Auto-doc, hydroponics, Great Khan chem recipes, wind energy, solar energy.
Territory: Fort Bannister (DC), Underworld (DC), Hubris Comics (DC), Maryland, Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire.
Energy sources: Maple Ridge Wind Farm (NY), Marble River Wind Farm (NY), Locust Ridge Wind Farm (PA), Long Island Solar Farm (NY), scavenged oil/coal.
Economy/Internal affairs: Controlled Capitalism, with higher pay for government jobs, especially the military. Due to the vast amount of land and work that needs doing, unemployment is low. Territory is extremely safe and controlled, due to idle military forces being assigned to constantly patrol the streets, shooting ghouls, mutants, and raiders on sight. Quality of life is extremely high, with most residents having access to basic luxuries such as hot showers, electricity, and clean water. Because of this, taxes are able to be moderately high with little complaint. Official currency is the Talon Company Dollar (TCD) which has a value of 1:1 to caps. Other assets: 50-foot tall steel wall along Talon's southern border; water purification plant in New Jersey; hydroponically grown marijuana which is sold to the general populace; various steel factories across Pennsylvania that produce weaponry, ammunition, armor, and other metal products.

The only recurring dream I had as a kid was my family living in an apartment complex, and I was with my father, who was going for a walk. I was riding my tricycle because I was like five, and I went behind a car, and then just vanished and ceased to exist, and the dream ended. I never understood that one.
Most of the time, I would just run and run and run, until the dream shifted into something else and he just kinda went away. Some of the times he would catch me, and I would hear a loud scream as everything went black for a good ten seconds or so before I woke up. Sometimes I would see his face, but most of the time, it seemed shadowed or just not conceived. I remember one dream where he actually talked to me (though I don't remember what he said) and that was by far the scariest one I had. And yeah, yours does seem really weird. Recurring dreams are the worst, IMO.

Talon Company thanks the Van Graffs for their concern, but continues using highly controlled fiat currency. Money is only printed based the amount of caps in circulation, however.

Hm, Van Graffs can offer produced chems, explosives, service rifles, 9mm pistols, and ammunition at a price of 7,500 caps per shipment. Shipments will take about 8 months each since it will be a long trek and the radioactive twisters down in Oklahoma will hamper travel
Talon Company offers to buy 5.56 rounds at .5 caps each, and any chem recipes the Van Graffs are willing to sell.

Purge of Underworld complete. The ghouls there didn't stand a chance against the Talon soldiers, though some were better equipped than we were expected. Seven men KIA. Preparations to renovate Underworld as secondary DC base are in progress.

Talon Company finishes restoration of the Hubris Comics printing press. The press now prints paper money on a massive scale, which Talon institutes as the new currency within its lands. Any Talon resident can trade in their caps at a 1:1 exchange rate, but all official purchases are now done through Talon Company Dollars (TCD).

These terms are acceptable and most agreeable <.<
The BoS must mention that it intends to recover all seaworthy vessels and salvage those that are potentially useful, provided that you don't take issue with this then the terms are agreed and it's settled.
The purge will take place upon the succesful graduation of the 2nd Auxiliary battalion, depending on the progress of the Air support this may also be available. Approximately 4-8 months is the timeframe, if you'd like to commence the logistical operation of moving your force to the outskirts of northern eastern florida, the BoS will send several teams of Paladins and potentially some heavy support from the Citadel, as well as massing the Texan Divisions on the southern border of Florida.
In terms of loot share, it's whatever you grab you keep. Although I expect a lot will just be tribal effigies and the like <.<
The Talon Company agrees to these conditions and mobilizes 1,050 soldiers south (taking into account possible deaths on the way there).
