AoCs laws aren't a simple number. In the United States they give a five year age difference when it comes to relationships that overlap.
That's actually not true. And even so, a 20 year old having a relationship with a 14 year old (while albeit a bit creepy) shouldn't be punishable with a lifelong scar on his record.

I am actually working out a way to have private groups here; I'm 95% sure it would work, but need to build an entirely new "app" to run the admin features (since SMF definitely doesn't support this kind of thing) and the groups would need to be setup by me or another admin.
