China finds it quite humorous that Japan believes it has any kind of naval advantage in the current situation.

You overestimate the importance of your katana. They don't give you that much of a militaristic advantage, they're just cool swords. And I'm only "targeting" you because I was going to annex Japan before you came along and get katanas that way. So now you have a very simple choice on your hands. If that choice is "omg imma quit b/c there's conflict in a UN game!!", then so be it.

Class, whether or not you are doing it intentionally, stop blatantly targeting Neo again. We are still early in this game, let's not cause drama. Either reduce the number of katana's you'd like, or debate a better deal.
Neo, let's be honest. We're looking at very early times - we aren't colonizing entire new continents at this point. Settle for something closer to Japan.
I'm targeting Neo for the sole purpose that I want katanas and he's the only avenue to that.
