A miner in southern Saudi Arabia reported a massive plume of a black, oily substance spouted up after he demolished a section of the mine's floor. The substance is being sent to the Ukrainian science facility in Cherkasy for examination.
The substance is identified as a liquid similar in nature to kerosene, but much more combustible. When used in place of kerosene products, the product explodes due to too much energy being produced. Further tests on this new, blacker oil continues. 5,000 troops are sent to the location that it was found to guard the site.
A small amount oil is put into an ICE, and the machine runs at maximum efficiency for a long amount of time. Ukrainian engineers begin developing ways to extract mass amounts of oil from the ground.

This company arrives in Yemen and rendezvous with Aloysha's remaining squad. The entire company then heads south to finish off Neo's forces.
