It's inappropriate for a mod to be doing this, regardless of any specific details.
I don't understand how it could be considered not a shock image. It's leagues worse than just pictures of gore. And it's much, much worse than the "harassment" that usually goes on here. If someone calls you a name, you can just ignore it. You can't "ignore" a horror face like that. Unlike other harassment, this actually affects me outside of the site. But regardless of your interpretation of the shock images section of the rules, thanks for doing something about this specific incident. You're the best.

You don't know me very well, then. I nearly had a heart attack when that "Anna" alt invaded B.old. And when did I ever say I wanted Kiyo demoted? I just want her to either stop it, or the ability to mute her. Like I said, I don't want to be scared every time I scroll through my threads.

It's the default avatar. I didn't know it had been changed, I thought it was still the Sep7agon logo. Original text "Papa John" and all his alts used the same avatar in their threads: this one.  While browsing Sep7agon's ancient history, I found a certain user who used the same exact avatar. A coincidence? Maybe. A connection? Probably.

I've reported instances of this many times, but nothing gets done. Shock images and harassment are against the rules, but both are freely propagated by the the worst mod here. At the very least, let me mute mods who go out of their way to fuck with other users.

Secondclass is right. It's not exactly a shock image and I don't see how that stuff is scaring him, but it is borderline harassment because Kiyo's doing it to get a rise out of him.
And we all know if it was any of us fucking with Kinder, Elegiac or some other sensitive baby, they'd cry to the mods and the mods would give us a 15% warning.
I get that it's a dumb thing to be afraid of, but horror faces like that have always terrified me. JTK is probably the worst one, but any image like that honestly just makes me fall apart. Kiyo has known this since B.old, and it would be as simple as muting her if she weren't still a mod for some inexplicable reason.
