Mongolia begins research to try and extract the weaker minerals in iron.
The weaker minerals isolated, Mongolian engineers begin to work on developing a new alloy. Expected to be complete by page 10. China annexation -- 30% 10,000 soldiers training -- 90% 15 rice farms -- 40% Emperor's Police fully trained and organized. 1,000 operatives are sent into newly conquered parts of China to maintain order. Chinese natives that are unemployed or unenslaved are sent to work in the rice farms. Six operatives are assigned as overseers on these farms.

Emperor Tryptameme is notified of a wary traveler who has ridden all the way from the foreign lands of Asia that wishes to speak on terms of an alliance.
