Troop line fully formed: An additional 15,000 soldiers are sent into the Swedish territories. The army sweeps through the land, pillaging villages and taking over farms. Crops are forcibly taken, farmers are enslaved and forced to work for the state. Any who question or challenge the Mongolian army are publically executed. The troop line on the border prevents any entry or exit to Swedish lands, and Swedish trade with England is cut off with apologies from the Emperor. 8,000 soldiers training (Ural) complete. Mongolia's army currently stands at 98,342. 20 additional rice farms established. Mongolia currently has 56 rice plantations. As it's been more than 14 years since the last drive, Mongolia issues a second wave of conscription across all of its territories. Census for all able-bodied men above the age of 15 begins, expected to be completed by next page.
The census returns after six months. The Mongolian Empire has a population of 43,000,000, and 630,000 members of that population are between 16 and 19. The Emperor's Police, along with 35,000 other soldiers, begin to enlist these citizens. Citizens expected to be rounded up by page 18, and fully trained by page 21.

Mongolia accepts this, and diverts 3,000 soldiers from the West Russia annexation force to ride ahead and secure Swedish territories.

Please explain to me how you got 100,000 soldiers. You don't even have any conscription/annexation going on. Most countries have less than 50,000 at this point.
What are you talking about? I have influence over four countries.
I own Finland, Denmark, Sweden, and I've helped build up Norway to the point where they're dependent on me.
I rallied up troops from these countries, trained them for a year (basic training), and so I got 100,000 soldiers.
So? Did you ever say "training 100,000 soldiers, expected to be complete by turn X?" I'm getting tired of your godmodding. I've already explained to you very clearly that you can't just give yourself ludicrous advantages and then pull some flimsy explanation out of your ass. You need to actually announce what you're doing.
And training 100,000 soldiers in a year is not reasonable, anyway.
