Dang it boot you know what I mean. It's a build up thing, black people have been treated like shit since we got off the boat. The only reason a lot of these cops are caught is because of witnesses filming or reporting the stuff. We can't really tally all the black people who have been killed by cops or racists, but I think we can agree it's more than 11.

We build up these martyrs, whose deaths were caused by fucked up individuals, and whose entire purpose is just to separate us more. It might sound insensitive, but the way to end racism isn't focusing on the differences, it's focusing on the similarities. Any relatively intelligent person knows that racism is a disgusting thing, and people who are actually racists are almost universally hated outside of their own ignorant communities. If we keep pushing these negative stories and and this white vs black struggle on the news every night, it will only divide us more. The saying All Lives Matter is much, much better than Black Lives Matter, I really have to say. We're all one race - the fucking human race - and the more we focus on this shit, the more we forget that.

Rounding up and training 50,000 soldiers in four years is a bit ridiculous in this game. Remember that each province only started with roughly 2,000.
They won't be trained by that time and they're not soldiers.
Just common deckhands with no combat skill. I suppose I should've made that clear. As civilian recruitment is easier to perform because of low personal risk, I think that 10,000 each year isn't that OP.
It's more just about your population...taking 10,000 people out of the equation is a huge blow. Some entire provinces don't even have that many people. Taking 40,000 people out of your economy in just four years, especially in a low-population, fantasy world like this one, is devastating. You need something to supplement that. Spoiler Slaves seem to work.

Since no GM told me the outcome, and it's a reasonable course of events, I'm just going with it.
The treaty is reluctantly accepted. The emissary and 200 additional justicars are sent to Falinesti. Expected to arrive by page 5.

The Dominion currently has 300 justicars in its capitol city, 400 in various other places in the Summerset Isles, 300 in Valenwood, and 936 in Elsweyr. 1200 indoctrinated and trained Khajiit soldiers are also stationed throughout Elsweyr.
The Dominion begins searching for and enslaving skooma dealers in Elsweyr to be enslaved and forced to work in Summerset Isles industry. Intensive interrogations are authorized to find these criminals.

Because Nirn has a such a reactive environment, every now and then natural responses will change the course of the game. These will usually be based off of player actions, but sometimes they are random.
Things such as natural disasters, divine intervention, daedric schemes, and other reactiv events are denoted in gold.
The following, for example, is based off of the thinning barrier between Nirn and oblivion due to the destruction of the Crystal Tower.
Cults of Deadra worshippers have started cropping up through Elsweyr.
Some Justicars report hearing foul whispers in their sleep.
I hope you understand that the towers are the barriers between Mundus and Aetherius, not Nirn and Oblivion. I'll role with it, though.
100 additional justicars are rerouted to Elsweyr in an attempt to combat the Daedric worshippers. Anyone possessing a Daedric artifact or text is subject to the same punishment as a Talos worshipper.
We could have a lorefag argument, but I believe that Oblivion and Aetherius are really the same, and this is supported by the plot of TES:IV when Molag Bal used the deactivation of the White-Gold tower as an opportunity to enter Mundus. And for all intents and purposes, Mundus=Nirn.
Other players are also encouraged to make Gold posts in response to certain events, whenever they think a lore appropriate response might happen.
Akavir begins the training of 100 Shadow Blades, capable of using advanced magical combat techniques.
Training estimated complete by page 5.
Mundus and Nirn are pretty much the same for all intents here (Nirn is to Earth as Mundus is to the solar system), but Oblivion and Aetherius are objectively not the same. Oblivion is the combination of the many, many realms of the original Et'Ada in the Grey Maybe (which in turn was the result of Anu and Padomay meeting), and Aetherius is what was left over in the Grey Maybe after these realms came together. I know. It still exists. There are much fewer neutral territories here than in a regular UN game, so you kinda have to treat them more...respectfully, if that makes any sense. Besides, I only need Valenwood for one reason, and if they accept this (waiting on a GM), then I wouldn't even need to waste troops invading.
