This forum has improved a ton since all the losers and drama starters have been removed from here.

And you guys want that bullshit back? Everything's not all fun and games. This place won't survive with toxic people like that here.

Obviously they wouldn't be unbanned, but the fact that you guys think it's funny or amusing is pretty disappointing. You guys don't really seem to care or have any loyalty for this place.
Boo fucking hoo

Drama is fun, asshole
Not really, no. Watching people bitch and moan and take shots at each other incessantly drove away a lot of newcomers.
You're one of the more toxic members here so this is pretty ironic
Except I never cause any drama.

Nice try tranny.

And here we see you placing me on the complete opposite end of the spectrum to make your own argument seem more valid.

I just posted about sexism in Verbs little gamer thread. I'm well aware there is such a thing as sexism on all sides for all genders.
Then you'd know that employment disparity is one of the most widespread forms of it, along with slut shaming. Misrepresentation in the media isn't nearly as prevalent as these two things.

I like your damage control.

You're just repeating yourself twice over.

They have the same opportunities as men do. They aren't the blacks or something.

inb4Psy
Damage control? What damage is there to control?

And NO, they don't have the same opportunities as men. Educate yourself before you pretend that sexism is dead in this country.

There's a lot of sexism in our society, and while I'd consider this bad, of course, it's not nearly as important as things like employment discrimination and the gender pay gap.
What pay gap?
The fact that women make less than 70% of what men make on average is a much bigger deal than some video games showing boobies.
That's by choice, because women tend to choose lower paying jobs despite the fact that they generally get better grades in school.
LOL

sure, kid

they choose to get shitty jobs, they don't reluctantly accept them because it's the best they can get in our male-oriented society or anything
No, he's actually right. Women work lower end jobs and lesser hours statistically than men.

Do a bit of research (such as watching that video above) before jumping on that bandwagon.
I never disagreed with that. You obviously didn't read my post. They work lower end jobs and work lesser hours because it's generally the only choice they have. Because of, you know, sexism. If you have a woman who is applying to work at a company, they're far more likely to give her a worse job than a man. It's not like if you have two people, a man and a woman, in the exact same company and position, they'll be paid differently. I never said that. It's that women don't have the opportunities to get as good of jobs as men do.

« on: August 31, 2015, 12:10:29 AM »
I'd be able to make a workaround for something like that, yeah; but it's not a feature out of the box. The downside with temporary prefixes like that would be that they would disappear if you edited the OP after using up one of your allotted prefixes.
Ah, well that's the price to pay if you want an important thread, then. Once you make it, it's set in stone.

And yeah, this isn't like a big deal or anything. If you find the time and feel like adding another prefix, something like this would be good, but there's no rush.

Nothing is important on this site.
yeah but like

if you see a member has made a thread with this tag you know that they had to waste one of their tags to make it

I might change it from 2 to 1 per month

Septagon / Prefix idea - [Important]
« on: August 30, 2015, 10:17:59 PM »
Pretty simple but A1 prefix idea, here's how it goes:

--give each member of this forum two [Important] tags.
--they renew every month
--used for things that you feel are important

you only get two per month, so threads with an important prefix are worth taking more of a look at

what do you think? Right now we only have two tags and they're more for structure than anything else
