Yeah I can see this totally working out.
The quality of most hospital workers in the states is garbage anyway. I've never had a good experience at a hospital. I'm sure there aren't very many "qualified" candidates to begin with, honestly.
That said, I have to wonder about the quality of a healthcare worker who does something as medically self-destructive as smoking.
