I'm training a puppy right now, and while positive reinforcement for good behavior is important, negative reinforcement for bad behavior is integral. But even with a creature as relatively small-brained as a dog, you can just yell at them or clap once loudly in front of them. You don't have to lay a finger on them to reprimand them. The same goes for a human child, but you're given even more non-violent possibilites since it's way smarter than a puppy.
People who have to hit their kids to punish them shouldn't be executed (verb's "morality", lmao), but they are indeed incompetent and lazy.

Specifically in regards all my poorly spelled out and not fully thought out or researched shit that I tend to post. I don't know why but for a while now iv'e just felt lethargic and a little bit depressed and because of it I don't put much thought or effort into the things Iv'e been posting.
I honestly don't know when i'll start feeling better. Maybe then i'll put more time and care into the things I post. Maybe I could end up being as constructive as Prehistoric someday. Until then i really am sorry.
