It's almost like this mindset is a bad thing, too. The fact is that no one has the obligation to finish having sex, and if either person wants to stop at any time, then the sex has to stop. What else should you say? Go to therapy? He already is. The only thing left he can do is forcefully get his mind over it with help from his therapist. Or in simpler terms, man-up.
