/a/ is too busy masturbating to Non Non Biyori and talking about how lewd everything is to associate themselves with shounen titles that isn't named after a laundry detergent. This describes /a/ and other anime sites far too well.

That doesn't seem right. Aren't there specific steps that need to be followed for any sort of procedure? And the fact that a procedure is done and botched because a doctor is not trans-friendly should have a huge uproar. Also I can't stress enough the fact that surgeries are botched so much that infections and revisions are just a part of standard procedure. A lot of this is due to the fact that not all surgeons are 100% trans friendly, or people try to do things on a budget because shit's fucking expensive as hell.

The part where this quote got downvoted into being hidden is my favorite. In all seriousness memes aren't going to do anything and you're preaching to the choir. I bet half this sub won't even vote. The berniebros will and we have to outnumber them Otherwise it's just all talk and the last meme will Be a sad one

Now I'm just imagining Max with your avatar behind his window without him realizing you're there. I've seen Mad Max several times but he doesn't know who I am :^ )

Don't think so, I know that three of my cousins on my mom's side married rich and all three of their husbands have a dick waving contest because they're all super important jobs. One's an archaeologist, another is a doctor, and the last one is a lawyer but they're all out in Michigan and I can't even remember their names. Still can't stand being around them though, the obnoxiousness kills me. One's a massive weeab though.

Central Lost & Found at Disney. I like the company and I certainly want to stay with it, but I really don't enjoy my current position. There's no room for advancement and I work with old people that take their job for granted and treat guests like hog shit. Really breaks your will, but I have and had previous leaders who are good role models and that gave me an ideal to strive for on my trip up the company ladder. I just need more time and experience. So for discussion value: where do you work and do you like it?

I'm not trying to sit there and say the place is a utopia, if it wasn't for Disney I wouldn't be in FL I would probably be somewhere further north but that's mostly because I would prefer to have a home with an underground basement and Florida's wetlands don't make for a good foundation for that. I did go ahead and look up statistics on creationism being taught in schools in your previous post and found some interesting points I think you should see. So out of the twelve or so states that are southern, only two have public schools that actively teach creationism in public schools, it's not a fair statement to make saying all of the south is like that in that issue. And as for private schools there's is admittedly a problematic number of instances but once again, contained in two completely different states, but from the looks of it, IN and OH aren't innocent either as well as smaller sections on completely irrelevant states unless you want to bend the term "south" to fit a point of view. I would like examples of Jim Crow laws as well just for curiosity, I remember back in 2012 that was a hot button topic that was almost always attempted to be shut down. So far the only thing I really remember was one of the states failing to ratify the 13th amendment which led to criticism of its governor who responded furiously as he was supposedly an advocate for civil rights. I could bring up a million examples, you'll find an excuse for each and every thing wrong with the South.
You guys don't have the rep you have because the evil northerners hate you and want to destroy your wholesome America, it's because you guys are generally a bunch of racist, homophobic, ignorant motherfuckers.

That's rather odd, usually college campuses are open minded about ideas such as these. That's probably the whole point of being in a learning environment to begin with. That's quite a peculiar school you have there. Of course. But that doesn't make it any more easy to be the contrarian in the group, especially on a college campus. So I'd really like to have my mind changed on this one.

And this is more wrong then claiming the area is full of issues without proof of it? Time changes everything, and as much as people would like to think that anything below Kentucky is a shit hole, they simply need to let go of grudges that are fading out. You can get some credibility in Alabama or Mississippi, but they are hardly representative of all ten or so of the states that are considered "southern". "I've never experienced any of these issues, so they must not exist"

You shouldn't be dissuaded by what you may think is right just because those around you wouldn't agree. The former. Which is unfortunate, because I really do want to be supportive of it. It's not easy holding views the people around you would be disgusted by.

You really have to look for the social problems many claim about the South in order to find it. Not really digging the view in this thread when having lived in FL all my life I have seen no examples of any southern problems. And having spent more than enough time in the northern states, I see zero difference in terms of general behavior. So any sense of superiority for being from the North flies out the window.

Probably because it didn't really play like any other CoD. The customization was the same, but the map layouts, design, and weapons became pretty standardized whereas other CoD's are "lol go crazy". Tbh if they had to remaster any of the last gen CoDs, WaW would get my vote. I liked the map variety and weapons.

It's no different from people using other offensive terms on the internet. I've met plenty of special needs kids in HS, I was a TA in my senior year the teacher would constantly send paperwork over to the one in charge of them and I had to stand around and wait for paperwork to come back. One of them kicked me in the balls and then screamed before going back to their "work". I could never do a job involving that, I simply don't have the patience. One should always try to be more colorful with their insults, but most would think it's not worth it when simply calling someone an autist gets the same point across. So yeah, sometimes I have to wonder if people on the Internet who throw around the word "autistic" (guilty) have ever actually met someone who was autistic in their life, because it's reasonably certain that nobody on this website is actually autistic. Even Deci.
I mean, I get that autism is a spectrum, but its overuse as an insult these days kind of makes me uncomfortable, and knowing that I find myself using it in a disparaging manner sometimes, is... I don't know. It's unfortunate, and I'm trying to be mindful of that.
