It's not a banner, it's a news article. It just shows the most recent news that's been happening on the site, and with a small population such as this, you shouldn't expect so much activity on here. I mean, it's on branched off forum, not a it's not like there's much happening.

Yeah, I'm glad I didn't go see it yesterday.
