Maybe if you're looking to hate it. I don't feel one monster ruins the entire perception of the game or series. That's some stupid logic.
Is it stupid? Yeah, but that doesn't suddenly mean the previous games, or literally everything else in Persona 5 is bad or typical anime stuff. If it was in a cutscene or a pretty big focal point, yeah, you'd be able to make a case easily.
I mean, I can think of 3 overly sexual pokemon right now. One of which is a female version of what you just linked me. Doesn't mean the game or series is suddenly ruined.
i'd say any sexual pokemon are just a result of our filthy minds, not anything inherent with the design cloyster being a vagina is pretty hard not to see, though, i'll concede that

I mean, I've seen enough gameplay and other aspects to know that that's not exactly true. It goes WAY beyond that, in some cases.I'm not necessarily bothered by it as much, because I think there are plenty of anime tropes that make a better home in the world of video games than they do in cartoons, but I can still easily see how Flee wouldn't be interested. It's not a big deal.
