Lol Charlie you dumbass.
Explain why literally all fruit are round if the planet isn't.
fruits are not plannets
that's where you're wrong, bud

I know it's a pasta since the comments told me so

but never answer "playing video games" as your first hobby. Make it sound like something that reflects some productivity at first glance, like uhh... sports or some normie shit.
sports and video games are literally as productive as each other
not to the employer

unless you were applying for a job at a game dev studio
it SOUNDS better to an employer, sure, but to say it's more "productive" is just objectively wrong

Well damn, your whole career was ruined before it even started. Also, why was there no spaghetti falling out of your pocket?
if i can tell this is just a copypasta from /r9k/ without even checking, why can't you

It's pretty great, but the online needs some serious work. I can only play one game before I have to reboot it.

learn this phrase:

Onegai shimasu (said like oni-gashi-mas)

it's basically a polite way of saying please.
One thing I do know is that pronouncing the 'u' at the end will make me sound like an idiot.
it's still there, just very soft

like the second "o" in sophomore

One of my close friends who has never seen the show as a kid just finished his marathon the original series, and is now beginning season 5. Given that it's now one of his new favorite shows, I can't wait to see how disappointed he'll be.
he'll probably like it because he isnt blinded by nostalgia
he also didn't skip the episodes that didn't have aku in it because he's not a dumbass

I'm sorry to hear about your friends being down. How is school bleak? I'm happy that I'll be going back this fall :)

Also Grimm, my cat, is one year old. He's had a hernia ever since we got him when he was a kitten. We think he injured himself hiding from the coyote that ate his family.

jesus

well, i'm glad he appears to be in good hands now

school is looking bleak because i can't afford it—because my parents are making so much money these days, and my name will always be attached to their income until i turn 24, i'll never be able to get enough financial aid to afford more than two classes per semester, which isn't even enough to be considered a full-time student

and while my parents are making money, they're not making enough to justify paying my tuition for me—and even if they could, i wouldn't want them to

meanwhile, my debt continues to climb and i'm not learning the skills i need to get a paid job fast enough to pay it all off in a reasonable or comfortable amount of time

going to college so fast was a mistake tbh, second biggest regret of my life (first being not learning to drive sooner)

« on: May 29, 2017, 10:18:26 AM »
i used to LOVE mint, but i've had too much of it in my life, and now i'm kinda sick of it tbh

pre-vegan, i would always try to experiment with weird flavors and toppings (but not too weird, just anything that sounds good)

post-vegan, all i can really have is lemon ice, so i guess that would be my favorite—strawberry lemon ice

The Flood / Re: How do you deal with stress?
« on: May 29, 2017, 10:14:28 AM »
what's a person who doesn't drink or do drugs to do about stress if not absolutely nothing, and just pretend that there's nothing to be stressed about?

i play video games and watch movies and lounge about and shitpost on the interwebs

they tend to be pretty good distractions—if procrastination were an olympic sport, i'd win gold every single year

lately, because i consider myself smart and proactive, i'm trying to come up with strategies to either 1.) stop putting myself in stressful situations, 2.) use the stress as a fuel for productivity in the event that stress is unavoidable

results are thus far inconclusive and require further testing

I'm glad you've finally found joy in a job! It's a hard thing to find. I've been pretty great. My husband and I are moving into a bigger apartment so we can have a gaming room. My cat finally healed up from intensive hernia repair. He had to wear the cone of shame for 2 weeks.

oh, how old is your cat

i mean, it's not total sunshine and happiness for me—none of my friends are happy right now because of the shit going on in their lives, so that's kind of keeping me down

it's hard to be completely happy when nobody you care about is, so that's rough, but i'm personally doing just fine

oh, and my college situation is still looking rather bleak, but i'm not even gonna let it bother me too much

sometimes i wish people would make threads worth posting in rather than complain about how there are no threads worth posting in
Hey at least I'm promising some content. How have you been Verby?

pretty good, actually

my dad started a record shop a few weeks ago, so i've been working there, and things have actually been pretty great

i'm not getting paid, but i'm just happy to help my dad out with his new business—it's the best job i could ask for

i'd say it's a pretty good upgrade from the seven or eight months of complete misery i've endured prior to that

what about you

Okay so, apparently it makes no difference in the end and you don't get any benefits from getting the triss or yennifer ending, and you never see them again anyways. So I guess I don't need to replay a huge portion of the game to try to get the good ending.
lmao

game of the decade

8664
also the fact that youre trying for an ending and not just going with the flow kind of defeats the point of a role play game but thats just me
glad i'm not the only one who feels this way
