In Wind Waker, my favorite Zelda (by far), there's this neat little mask that you can put on that allows you to see an enemy's life bar if you lock on to them. It's pointless, because it's not like you're ever wondering how many hits an enemy needs to take, and it doesn't seem to work on bosses. I just think it looks cool.

I think the very first item I ever grew an affinity towards in a video game was my trusty boomerang from the original Legend of Zelda. It could be thrown in any direction, and it froze enemies on the spot for about five seconds, leaving them wide open for attack. It also took care of weaker enemies like Keese (the bats) without having to chase them around. In the late-game, it becomes mostly obsolete, but I still regard it as one of the coolest weapons in any Zelda game.

This is part of why I'm a "retro-gamer". Consoles are cheap and easy to find, and even if they stop working, you can get refurbished top-loaders that work just fine on top of being reasonably priced, and, of course, the games are fucking amazing. And timeless. Unlike practically any game made after 2004-2005.

I don't want to talk too much about this game for reasons, but let me just say that the sidequests are considered the meat of the game. So, if you like lore, maybe just try to immerse yourself in the game's narrative. Become acquainted with all the NPCs in Clock Town. It's... key.
If that's not your deal, well... I dunno. I would say keep at it, but if you're ultimately just not enjoying the game, I can't really give that advice in good conscience.

Couldn't this be spun to say that society subconsciously thinks women aren't as capable so they have to go easier on grading? AKA patriarchy.
^ wouldn't have expected you to trip over that one, mate

I wouldn't want to.
I think we should all just stay put, frankly. Space travel seems like a colossal waste of money right now.

I'd listen to the words he'd say, but in his voice, I heard decay. The plastic face forced to portray all the insides, left cold and grey. There is a place that still remains. It eats the fear. It eats the pain. The sweetest price he'll have to pay, the day the whole world went away.
I wear this crown of shit upon my liar's chair, full of broken thoughts I cannot repair.
Beneath the stains of time, the feelings disappear. You are someone else. I am still right here.
RESPONSIBILITY'S COOL, BUT THERE'S MORE THINGS IN LIFE. LIKE GETTING YOUR DICK RODE ALL FUCKING NIGHT.

Why did you choose beer over an ale?
it's all alcohol
who gives a fuck
Ethanol Alcohol is a decent fuel source. Butanol is pretty toxic.
i'm just saying, why does it matter what someone chooses to drink it's just such an asinine thing to ask, like, "what kind of car do you drive" who cares

That's one thing the church is right about, at least...
So do you enjoy being miserable and hating everything or something?
I have to find enjoyment in something, don't I?

i don't think you COULD. Just saying. What do you mean? I'm just saying, I don't think I'd go to that level of duplicity just to... be "morally cleansed" or whatever.

That's one thing the church is right about, at least... well as as long as you go to confession after, it's okay to have sex.
I don't think I'd go that far.
