> trying to use subjective statements as facts It's a fact that I hate the game. What are you doing? You're basically insulting me just because I hate Fallout. You poor baby. your favorite franchise became the very thing you hated :^) Metroid is far from my favorite franchise... Super Metroid just happens to be the best game ever, to me. Open world. Doesn't hold your hand. And yet, I beat it with ~90% completion without using any guides. And I hate the FUCK out of Fallout, because it is 1. Boring. 2. Shitty.

I think the main thing we can gather is you don't know what to do in open world games because it scares you. Ignore the fact that I literally just cited Super Metroid as my favorite game of all time.

Seriously though, if you can't follow quest markers or hints, you're just and idiot. Regardless of the game.
Who the fuck said that I can't? Does that make the game fun? Following quest markers and hints? No. Boring and shitty.

All you've done is prove to me that you have the worst possible taste in games, then. Enjoy.

I don't need someone to hold my hand to tell me what to do in games. Neither do I. Super Metroid is my favorite game of all time, and it doesn't tell you jackshit about what to do or where to go. Difference is, it's actually fun and compelling. Fallout is boring and shitty, on top of me not knowing what to do.

How DARE I hate something that you like.

Despite me hearing that a lot, there is literally no statistical evidence to prove that claim. exactly, so i don't wanna hear it the TARGET demographics, though, are clear

Fallout 3 is just boring. In general, I can't stand open-world games, because I never know what the fuck to do. I always just end up doing the main quest, but then it just feels like I'm missing out on something else, because they intentionally make the main quest boring to make the other stuff seem more interesting. It's just constant, unending, time-wasting bullshit.

"sex is natural"

when is sex ever necessary
to show that two characters love each other? there are better ways to do that
ways that don't suggest that your audience is a bunch of creepy lechers

there's almost as many female gamers as there are male...

thanks for admitting that you're chatting complete shit thanks for admitting that frame rate doesn't actually matter, at all

then proceeded to pull out elements that aren't shared by all mediums And I STILL don't see why that matters. The interactivity of video games gives them an edge over anime. You keep saying "i could replace anime with books"--Yes, you COULD. The interactivity of video games gives them an edge over books. I can say that. There's nothing wrong with that.

We actually are used to the rotation, because if it stopped we'd feel sick
but uhh, you missed the entire point of what I was saying, so good job. what was your point, then because it was a shitty comparison--we don't feel the earth move i don't see the difference between 30fps and 60fps i've never wore glasses and i've never had vision issues in my life

You're just...arguing against literal facts. It's like saying "no the earth DOESN'T rotate" or something daft. the earth DOES rotate that doesn't mean we can see it, or feel it

They're anime. and? just because they might be a cut above the rest doesn't mean i couldn't still probably find shit to hate about them

I'm surprised Verb hasn't gotten any in his history of being here

The best way to notice now is just go from 480p to 72060fps on YouTube.
way more fluid
i've tried that it's not "more fluid"--it's not more anything

i frankly don't even really count miyazaki films just because they're so like... i don't know, it's hard to fuck up a family-oriented cartoon
and miyazaki is the guy that said anime is trash, because of otaku culture
as in, the people on this website are the reason why miyazaki hates the anime industry which is HILARIOUS

Some people do, some people also have a good reason for it Some people do what. gee this is like arguing with a five year old! olOLOL

"Deal with my opinion because I won't deal with yours"
Truly meaningful words from our paragon of discussion,
Who the fuck says I'm not dealing with yours? I'm literally asking you to prove me wrong, and you always fail. Present me with reasons to enjoy anime. If it's not a good enough reason, I will continue hating anime.

Now you're just ignoring yourself m8. ...No I'm not? How is pointing out that having a story doesn't make an anime unique? Because it doesn't. I can get stories literally everywhere else. So you can't use it as an example.

see its so pointless, its like youre arguing with a five year old
You can't always be right. Some people just hate anime. Deal with it.

Games at 60 look and feel smoother, play more responsively and generally look better. Then how is it that they don't?...

Yeah, I do.

Because video games have a narrower, younger, and more male demographic than all other forms of media. So they're going to cater to that demographic.
Besides, I hate all sex scenes in all media. They're almost always unnecessary, awkward, and pointless.

I think opinions in general, anime or not, do not exist for Verb.
Either you think like him or YOU'RE WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Well, if you weren't wrong, then I'd agree with you.

All right, I'll get my eyes checked, then. And then I'll laugh when it turns out that I have 20/20 vision...

but there isn't anything that other forms of media have that anime doesn't have either in that department. Video games have interactivity. Books don't have a shitty cartoon for me to stare at. Movies have real people that I can actually relate with. Boom. "durr that doesn't count bcuz that's unfair"
