Pokemon with its RNG moves. I can't tell you how many times I've lost a battle I should've won because a move missed and it's completely out of my control.
I wouldn't say that's absolute bullshit, especially if we're talking the main single player game, and not competitive. It probably has the least bullshit RNG of any RPG I've ever played.
