My dad collects vinyl, and he's the one who first introduced me to NIN, so I bought him a Pretty Hate Machine record with Trent Reznor's signature on it. I found it in some pawnshop in Wisconsin. It cost me hundreds, but *shrug*

It's impossible to prove to someone else that you exist, actually. That's kinda the root of solipsism. Still not a good mindset, but w/e

(even though class is an admitted solipsist)

"Pseudo". I just has so many uses.

I remember Jim used to make fun of me all the time for using it so much, despite that not being really true. I just used it a lot around him. Coincidence, I suppose.
speaking of Jim, where the hell is that mother-fucker? i haven't seen him post here in a while
He left, apparently.

Marble Hornets.

Even though I think I'm the only person on the Internet who enjoyed how it ended.
What's the ending? I followed it from the start but it was so long between episodes I lost interest.
Not quite sure where you ended up stopping, but all right.
Spoiler
In the penultimate entry, Tim finally confronts Alex at Benedict Hall. During their fight, it's confirmed by Alex that the entire cast of Marble Hornets is indeed dead, including Amy and Brian, because he believes that killing everyone involved with the film is the only way to stop the Operator from spreading his disease to other people. This is learned only after Tim mortally wounds him. At the end of the entry, it's left ambiguous as to whether Tim made it out alive, but at the beginning of the final entry (#87), he's shown to have survived, along with Jessica, who appears briefly alongside Tim as they briefly update each other on their physical statuses and mental well-being. At this point, Jay has been long dead (I can't remember precisely how, when, or why), but Tim lies about him being alive to Jessica before they depart. The final shot is of Tim driving off, and it stops as soon as Tim reaches a fork in the road.

Virtually no questions regarding the Operator were answered. A lot of people think they pulled a Lost, but frankly, I don't really want to know anything about the Operator. Part of what makes him a fearsome entity is indeed the fact that he is so mysterious, and having an explanation for all his motives and whereabouts would not only spoil that, it also wouldn't make a lick of sense. How exactly would you be able to explain something like the Operator anyway? There is nothing they could have written that would have satisfied anybody, and that's precisely why I'm satisfied with such an ambiguous ending.

that would be ridiculous

just a silly puzzle game

i don't actually count it, just because it's the epitome of casual, but once you start playing, it's mildly addicting

if we're talking completion, i don't think i'll ever complete brawl
(despite having completed every other smash game, sans wii u)

mostly because it's just overflowing with stuff
and it's just not even remotely fun to play anymore

i've never not beaten a game that i've committed myself to beating

It would be a little bit weird in my case. I would if we didn't already have preconceived notions of what names "should" be, and if I didn't personally agree with those preconceived notions. <_<

Knowledge and intelligence are different. Loaf isn't going to be able to just change how smart he is for the better. For the worse, sure, just do a bunch of drugs. But there's really no easy way to increase your IQ, as Loaf wants. It's better to just accept who you are and your limitations, and work with them.
