If it ever reaches levels of malicious harassment again, I don't really see why not. What George Carlin taught you about words is a two-way street. Words aren't offensive in and of themselves, sure, but words aren't inoffensive in and of themselves, either. They're all neutral. They can all be used or any purpose we desire, because we created them for that exact purpose. And if we designate the word "dingo" as a word to harass another user and make them feel uncomfortable, then that's, in my opinion, worthy of punishment.
