Yes. Suffering doesn't really need to be justified and it often really can't be justified at all. Yes it does. The fact that it can't be justified just proves that we shouldn't exist. It's just an unfortunate part of life we have to deal with. Or we can die out, and not have to deal with it. Sounds like a smarter idea to me.
