It's kind of a staple that every gamer should experience.

You know you don't have to enter every Dark Souls thread and attention whore.
neither do you what's your point

http://www.conversationstarters.com/generator.php"What is the craziest thing you've ever done?" I get the lame questions so you don't have to, I guess. Ummm, I guess it would have to be going to Europe for three weeks--it's definitely the most superlative thing I've ever done. I just saw and experienced so much shit that I can't experience in humble-ass Michigan. okay your turn

i'm just busting your chops
If you live out your life trying to avoid ending up in hell, you will have already lived through it.

Your fate can't be decided.
If you can't do anything, you can't kill yourself, either.

I'm genuinely surprised by all the "yes" in this thread.
I've only done it once, when I was little, and my mother told me off for it. So I never did it again.
I know it's not a big deal--it's just... I don't know. It's like table manners.

Not as much as I probably should. College has a way of cutting my free time in half.

I don't remember me doing that either. That specific combination? No.

I've been in at least three car accidents in my life.
but sure, there's absolutely no reason to be afraid of driving

LC is an admin, and is one of the most verbally abusive people on the staff. Your point?
The fact that I'm not a monitor basically gives me that much more liberty to speak my mind. But I'm not incapable of holding my tongue if I want or need to.

No one threw a "hissyfit".
Just because someone you dislike gets angry, doesn't mean that they're angry for no good reason. Dumbass.

I don't understand the appeal of Pokemon. How is buying the same game with slightly different monsters again and again fun?
Because the games are not remotely the same. you have to be able to look past the big picture and appreciate the little things I mean, the fact that each game takes place in an all-new region with different characters should clue you in to just how different the games are, but if you're unwilling to look past the fact that you still have to collect eight badges in all of them, then I guess there's nothing else to say

I mean, to be fair, mine would have been a little bit longer if I chose to stay in the dorms
but that's a long-ass time

You should try debating with more well-versed nihilists. Perhaps I should, because you're honestly useless.

...why do you have such long orientation
mine was literally four hours, if that

have a glimpse of what it's like. I have. And it was fucking retarded. Never will I do it again, because I'm able to recognize that pain should be avoided at all costs, and the fact that we're all going to die anyway doesn't automatically mean that we should just be retarded scumfucks to each other. Go be insane somewhere else.

Of course there isn't a logical reason to. Then get the fuck out. I deal with logic.

The existence of human perception maps out all of ethics.
If there was no sentient life on the planet that could derive positive and negative sensation, then I'd be on board with you.
31916
« on: September 01, 2015, 03:24:10 PM »
I know exactly what you're trying to say. But it's just retarded.
There is no logical reason that I should look outside of human perception.
31917
« on: September 01, 2015, 03:22:23 PM »
Human perception. You need to try to look at it outside of our perception, then you'll understand. Why? So I can say stupid shit like "pain isn't bad"? No thanks. I'll stick with being rational.
31918
« on: September 01, 2015, 03:18:53 PM »
If pain wasn't bad, you wouldn't make a conscious effort to avoid it. You wouldn't ever be careful.

« on: September 01, 2015, 03:13:07 PM »
I do concur that solipsism is retarded, and it has no place with nihilism as it defeats the purpose of nihilism.
>the purpose of nihilism >the >purpose >of >nihilism

It's not a BAD sensation, it's a PAINFUL sensation. It is biological, and it exists in a variety of larger organisms in order to avert being damaged. That is all. Pain is bad. Just because it's biological doesn't make it any less bad. That actually probably makes it more bad.
