>post-game >X/Y
heh
I mean, do you have Zygarde?... That's basically it in terms of post-game for those games.
The best way to catch shinies is to not use any methods because that only devalues them <_< But I mean, yeah, that's one of the more efficient ways, sure.

It's the album cover for Year Zero by Nine Inch Nails. Probably my least favorite NIN record, containing some of the worst songs Trent has ever written or produced, but I happen to enjoy it more for the concept surrounding it than I do for most of the music. It depicts (from the view of a car seat) the hand of God penetrating the sky as a warning. The album explores themes of authoritarianism, the police state, etc. and essentially illustrates Trent's vision of what America will become by 2020 if we don't do anything to stop it from happening. There's a whole ARG surrounding the album, too, with a bunch of websites that were claimed to have been "sent from the future" and tie in with the album's narrative. It's very interesting and quite impressive. My title bar was made by Nuka, and he did a bang-up job of making it match up with the avatar. The shadowy figures you see rather perfectly envelop the "big brother" theme that the album deals with, and it just looks nice overall. The words "shame on us" are a line from my favorite song on the record—" Zero-Sum", the last song. It's about God finally growing fed up with humanity and unleashing his wrath upon us, from the perspective of a do-nothing father and his family. It's implied that it results in the end of the world; hence "zero-sum". Everyone's dead—game over. I'd suggest looking into the ARG, but it's quite hard to follow these days. I'm not even sure if all the websites are still up.

Actually tempted to record some MGS reviews with my own thoughts. What do I need?
Written reviews are easier (unless you hate writing, I guess), because all you need is to extrapolate an opinion over all the primary facets of the game, but video reviews are a little bit more costly—both monetarily and time-wise. Ideally, you're gonna need a good microphone (any will do as long as your voice can be clearly heard) and a capture card to record game footage, if you desire (I've never had one of these, so I couldn't tell you which one to get). Then comes the editing software. Audacity is a must, and for the video, I always tend to use WMM... <_< If you want something more higher-end, I can't really recommend anything that you wouldn't pirate, which I don't condone, so... Google-fu. Speak clearly and enthusiastically. Make sure your script is concise and well-written, and that the game footage aligns well with what you're talking about (if you want to talk about a specific part you thought was annoying, for example, make sure to include footage of it on top of your commentary—this reduces your need to describe it yourself, and gives the audience a clear visual to go off of). Try to shoot under ten minutes, unless you really just have a lot to say. Don't say shit like "rate, comment, and subscribe" and shit like that. People will subscribe if they want to. That's all—you don't need anything fancy. Personally, a pen and paper is all I need. While playing new games (and old games too), it's important to take notes as you play, and maybe you can fit them in somewhere. If you're recording game footage, it's always important to keep back-ups of it, in case you lose it.

wtf I can't see the results?!
yeah, you can make it so we can see the results until the end i think it's to prevent getting people like me all flustered over the standings, and then trying to skew the poll results which brings up a question—if an alt votes, can the mods see that?

I mean, Kojima's said dumb shit before. I'm sure you all know he doesn't even consider games to be art. I actually didn't know this. You'd think he'd be one of those guys that advocate games as art.

The guy's talking behind quiet are sort of creeping me out. ó.ò
That's what creeps you out?
What kind of asshole watches their boss shower with a coworker? Even if they're apparently clothed, it's still strange.
*pushes up glasses* uh, you see, it's actually part of this big theme of voyeurism, where the game makes you feel aroused at quiet's succulent body, yet ashamed for being so perverted—the men in the background are meant to serve as an audience surrogate, where you judge them for their pruriency, only to realize that you, the player, are essentially doing the same thing as them it's all part of kojim♥'s ingenious vision, you fucking pleb

Unless he changed his mind in the ten years he's made those comments, which, hey, he might have.

what pisses me off the most about the quiet thing is not just kojima saying "once you see why, you'll regret your words"—because did i honestly expect him to be able to write up some great justification? no, no i didn't what pissed me off was what he said directly before that—he was talking about how he designed her character to be an antithesis of other female characters who are over-exposed—sort of like a jab, or a parody which is still stupid, because that's one of the most overly-parodied things ever, but i was willing to say, "hey, maybe kojima's actually onto something here—maybe, just maybe"... Spoiler SHE GOT BURNT ALIVE!!!!!
SHE HAS TO BE NEARLY NAKED TO SURVIVE!!!!!
ISN'T THAT SO SAD???????
FEEL SOMETHING!!!!!!!!
