If you didn't want the baby, you should've made sure to use proper contraception. I'm looking at all the guys who don't use condoms because they don't like the feeling or whatever.

Once the woman is carrying the baby, it's her decision.
Yeah, the condom thing is another good point, too. I mean, yeah, women can take birth control, too, but it's a lot cheaper and easier to just use condoms, if you're going to have sex at all. Which, of course, is on the guy.

It's not terribly difficult to contrive the notion that the guys are typically the scumbags. I don't deny that a lot of women are skanky cunts who just want to fuck everyone and everything, but here's another thing—the guy can simply ask whether she's down with abortion. And if she isn't, STAY THE FUCK AWAY. That's on the guy.

ah

uh, good work
lol

What does any of this have to do with women being just as horny as men?
Nothing—I decided to shift the discussion to a more relevant talking point that actually pertains to the thread's subject, Mr. Admin. I'm just trying to stay on-topic, Mr. Admin.

The dictionary isn't an accurate source of word definitions. -Verbatim 9/8/2015
There really isn't much else to discuss since you have no interest in having an honest conversation.
Dictionaries are guides. They don't describe words—they describe vernacular, as I have explained. It's silly to act like they're law. All you had to say was, "Well, I'm talking about the commoner's definition of a myth," and I would have been like, "Yeah, of course you are, you dumb pleb." And then we could've moved on.

31564
I'll be honest—I don't even like to fuck with this subject, because there's really just no way to solve it. It's just fucked.

It's a lot easier for me to point fingers and blame it on the ones who are actively causing the most strife, and guess what?
It's fucking men who are causing the most shit.

Men with their innately competitive natures that tend to manifest themselves in extremely sexually charged ways. If less men were such goddamn poonhounds, this would be a non-issue.

Are we really going to engage in this mental gymnastics filled song and dance damage control again?
If that's what you want to call it. If that makes you feel better about being wrong.

Explain to me why I should feel as sympathetic towards the male in these scenarios even though both parties, male and female, consented to the act, and are therefore both responsible? Why should I lend them both the same amount of sympathy? Why should I feel sorry for the poor dumbfuck male who just couldn't keep it in his pants, huh?

31566
But it wasn't misused.
Yeah, according to a fucking dictionary. They're designed to be elastic to the common vernacular's malapropistic dumbfuckery. It's not an accurate source.

The more people misuse a term, the more accepted its new definition becomes, but that doesn't make it any less wrong.

31567
Are we really going to engage in this mental gymnastics filled song and dance damage control again?
I hate when people misuse basic terms. You know this.

When is the "men are hornier than women" [widely held, but false belief] going to die?
>dictionary definitions

Why not just say, "I'm talking about the common stupid person version of the term"?

31569
So when is the "men are hornier than women" myth going to die?
It would have to be a myth first, PSU.
You flat out told me that men being hornier than women isn't a myth.
Because it's not. Do you know what a myth is?

31570
That doesn't make women less hornier than men.
I never used the term horny until Simse hijacked it in.

31571
However a combination of societal factors and a differently working sex drive pressure them to express it differently in most circumstances.
Thanks for making my counterargument for me.

31572
You can't be called racist or sexist if you hate everybody equally!
I already do--I just hate everyone in their own special way.

31573
So when is the "men are hornier than women" myth going to die?
It would have to be a myth first, PSU.

31574
The issue is that the woman still has to accept the offer for sex. The super horny male is still at the mercy of the woman. So they have sex as often as she wants, hence she is just as responsible as the male.
I don't think I ever denied this. Being responsible and taking responsibility are two different things. My only point is that I'll tend to have less sympathy for the male in these types of situations. Call me a misandrist. I do kinda hate men a whole lot.

31575
If men tend to be "hornier" than women, it logically follows that men ought to be more responsible. I don't think think that's terribly unreasonable.
Why is being horny = responsibility?

It takes 2 to consent to it, not 1.
Because it takes a measure of discipline to control your sexual urges.

31576

31577
Are you serious? How is that relevant?

You do realise the other person has to respond to initiation?
They're both equally responsible, that doesn't change because men tend to be hornier.
How.

The Flood / Re: Did you learn any foreign languages in high school/college?
« on: September 08, 2015, 11:11:24 AM »
Spanish, French and Irish when I was in my early teens. I hated those subjects.

English is the only language you'll ever need unless you want a language related career - which is something I'm not interested in - or you plan to move to a country that doesn't really speak English.

I mean, I'm all for culture and stuff but why can't the entire planet just use English as a universal language? It would make things soooo much easier.
>"I can't learn other languages for shit and have a goofy ass accent so everybody should just speak English and cater to me"

LOL

be nice to the nihilist

31579
You accept the risks of sex when you commit the act.
Agreed.

I have no sympathy for the male whatsoever. Which gender is more likely to initiate sexual intercourse?

Yeah.

Quiet seems to have been designed to both provoke and deny negational criticism, leaving Kojima in a paradoxical position of essentially agreeing with his critics even as he defies them, reproducing the anatomical clichés of female sexuality not as a vehicle for male desire but as one for male shame.
what a crock of shit

is this guy an olympian?

because the mental gymnastics required to justify this shit is phenomenal

Andrew made a noise like a flipping pancake, with marmalade spinning in Möbius strips; still, without a clear communication of intent, the idea remained subliminal.
This is a more sensible revision.

- The word "with" is added for clarity's sake.
- The correct spelling of "Möbius" was applied.
- A semi-colon was added to purge the comma splice.
- The ellipsis was omitted.

I would change it to "Andrew made a noise like he was flipping a pancake, or marmalade spinning in mobius strips without clear intent, but the idea remained... subliminal."

the sentence is honestly really confusing when phrased the way it is
if you're an idiot

it's quite straightforward, and your revision is a grammatical mess

Nice job. A suggestion: either use smaller images, or put larger ones in appropriately labeled spoiler tags.
Page runs better for those of us using pleb-tier Internet.

I'll add this to the archive as soon as it's revamped. I just got done watching/reading all of Brute's reviews (phew), so it shouldn't be too long now.
