Would that be wrong? I mean I get that you're trying to debate not being selfish but something like getting your license inherently opens up a world of freedom for you. I used to have my mom drive me to and from work when I started at Disney, now I drive myself so she doesn't have to pick me up at 2am and that also gave me the ability to go out with friends and have fun. Using getting your license in an effort to not be selfish seems a bit weak when your veganism argument is much more solid.
