Hideki gave her complete control over the design and that is what she came up with. So if you want to talk about something get first some knowledge. Did the character designer also write the character's lines, do the character's animations, and direct the game? I know who designed Bayonetta. That the actual design was handed off to someone else doesn't change the point.
As for the censorship. People complain when they get changed in the different versions. This is what you call artistic integrity. The game should stay lke the artist wanted it to be and not how some other countries could or could not be offended by it. You are describing a problem with corporation structure and capitalism here, not with 'offense culture'. Your solution, to blindly expect companies to not care what the people they are selling their game to might think, is the funniest fucking thing in the world and I am sure it will lead you to great success in the business world.
As for Mobius. It was not too sexy it was stupid looking. Japanese people complained about it. And they reacted. This is Self censorship. But every version was the same. At least that i know of. The point of this video is that things that pander to other groups, other types of people, strike us immediately as 'stupid looking'. The very idea that it could be deemed attractive by someone else strikes you as impossible, and this says more about you than me.
As for tracer. Someone complained developers reacted and made it way more playful more fitting the character. They never removed the pose because it was too sexy but because it did not fit he character. So in the end they used a famous pin up girl pose. Now you are just describing things that have happened for no reason
