I think it's more disturbing that there are actually people that exist who support her.
I think people say the same for Trump

and then you realize whoever wins, we all lose
whos death is tied to trump?
his voters

i mean, you're braindead if you're a trump supporter--that's close enough, right

don't worry--butter is canon, guys

don't worry

breasts are canon, guys

You are incorrect on that assumption.
Sure.

If you look at the society we have today, sexual attraction is detrimental on anything but the superficial level. Getting too invested in a relationship is asking for trouble.
Sounds like a personal problem.

13897
All. Anyone who is devoid of sexual attraction has something right with them.

Explain.
Sexual attraction is worthless and if someone doesn't have it they're better off. Simple.

Most asexual people are cucks who can't get any so they use it as an excuse.
gj shooting yourself in the foot

to have a consistent argument, you have to be ballsy enough to use the word "all"

even if there's one genuinely asexual person (ie. someone who experiences no sexual attraction to people whatsoever, yet can still have romantic feeling for people), that totally nullifies your proposition

If it's such utter shit, prove me wrong. Or am I too below you?
prove that there's anything magical or romantic about shoving a penis into a vagina

not everyone gives a fuck

GUYS.... IM MAKING A SEXUAL PARODY OF A KIDS MOVIE.... LOL, BEE MOVIE SEX.... SO RANDOM, LOL! HAHAHAHA! JUST A TOTAL RIOT!
it's not sexual wtf

it's a romance fic, there's no sex involved

get your mind out of the gutter

It's implied.
it's not implied at all

the fact that you think all romance necessitates sex says more about you than me
Romance without sex is nothing more than a strong friendship.
what utter shit

Like, seriously. I think back to my initial reaction to that story, and I cringe at how easily manipulated I allowed myself to be at the hands of the media--and it took me a fucking year later to realize that I was in the wrong.

Watch this. It's eye-opening, to say the least.

Just recently, I discovered that Martin Shkreli is the man, and that what he did was actually way less evil than I thought.
Hell even I don't think that. I'm pretty sure what he did was illegal, and that he was investigated by the FDA for it.

I could be wrong, though.
Price gouging is certainly illegal, but what Shkreli did was not price gouging--it's common practice in the pharmaceutical industry, and not a single toxoplasmosis patient has been unable to access his drug due to the nominally high price--principally because they're not the ones paying for it. It's insurance companies and big corporations like Walmart that end up paying the brunt of it just to stock the drug.

The average consumer ends up paying as low as a dollar for it, depending on their insurance situation.

See, there are stipulations in place that basically guarantee that you'll receive the drug at a reasonable price no matter what. e.g. If you don't have health insurance, you get the drug for free--which has been the case for 2/3 of his patients. All the rest pay $20 per capsule, which is nowhere within the realm of that $750 outrageousness the media kept harping on.

Meanwhile, other orphan drugs will have you paying hundreds upon thousands of dollars per year for recurrent treatment, whereas Daraprim just straight-up cures you of toxoplasmosis. And there's only a few thousand people who need the drug in the first place--so if not for the price hike, he wouldn't be able to turn any sort of profit whatsoever.

Considering all these factors, Shkreli was right--he picked an appropriate price. The media chose to blow it out of proportion and focus only on the headline's face value: "5000% price hike of life-saving drug," but this headline alone pays no heed to the finer details of the story. People don't have to worry about paying an exorbitant amount of money just to get this drug--if anything, it's the corporations that stock the drug that are hurt by this.

Unless you think that's the problem...

Either way, I can't help but feel for Shkreli. He's been labeled by journalists as the "most hated man in America," when he literally did nothing to earn that distinction. People are slowly beginning to realize how cool he actually is, though, so all isn't lost.

Let that sink in for a moment. Someone you like, likes the band that I like.... which you would normally hate. How does that make you feel?
Why the fuck would I care?

I still hate capitalism, but instead of hating it with every fiber of my being, I hate it with... two or three less fibers, give/take.

Just recently, I discovered that Martin Shkreli is the man, and that what he did was actually way less evil than I thought.

The Flood / Re: I might adopt some kid when I'm 25
« on: September 15, 2016, 02:53:04 PM »
wtf

Have you seen what happens to kids who don't get adopted? I understand you're antinatalist and all that, but these kids are already born. The least we could do is give them a good home.
Challenger I'm not saying we shouldn't adopt kids--I'm just questioning why anyone would even want to be a parent in the first place. You have to know that it's the biggest responsibility you could ever have--and one fuck up can change your kid's life forever. Now why would anybody want that on their ass? That's all I'm saying.

And like I said--it's easy for me to question it, because I'm not a well-adjusted individual. I can't possibly imagine having a child at this juncture, so it's very difficult for me to look at anyone else and say, "Yeah, they'd make a good parent."

Also, he stole and slowed down Default Judgement by Fear Factory at the very beginning. What a cunt.

Edit: Okay he at least credited them in the description, but he still altered it so he doesn't get copyright bombed so he can still make money off the video...

And people wonder why the music industry is pissed off with YouTube.
10 second clips of music are protected by fair use. You ignorant dipshit.

Oh, you're living in your own head. I'm not gonna argue with a child-like mind, 'cause I haven't adopted you.
What's childlike is any notion that you or anyone else in the world could possibly make a good parent.

Holy shit that's even more stupid. We're reaching Secondclass level posting here.

Why even bother argumenting it, I'll let you do that in your head. Why don't you reply to this reply by addressing what I'd address to your post. I'm confident enough in your ability to argue that you can argue your own point.
You'd probably say some stupid incoherent shit that I would summarily ignore.

If you want to raise a kid, you're a stupid, selfish, and evil cunt. There's no getting out of it. Unless you have the ability to protect your child from ALL HARM--all of it--and still manage to raise him into a kind, respectable, intelligent, productive, and conscientious human being who will grow up to be an important curer of all the world's ills, you have no business raising a child.

I just don't understand why anyone would even want the burden.

Perhaps if I were well-adjusted, I could empathize.
You don't understand why people would adopt? That's stupid, you can instantly think of at least one reason.
Yeah, if they're an evil cunt who thinks that they can offer anything of value to a child (you can't), or maybe you think imposing your will on another human being is acceptable behavior--because you have it in your head that you're so awesome, and that you'd make a great parent.

Beyond that, there is no real reason. It's just fulfilling an egoistic desire in your head--you're not actually doing anything smart.

Actually, no, I don't hate all shippers--the ones who make rational, sensible ships are okay.

The ones who try to break up established relationships, or those who set up gay ships for explicitly heterosexual characters? I can't stand that shit.

Crack pairings drive me up the wall, too.
