In Jeopardy, that is badly. Enforcing the rules of the game isn't the same as berating people for trying to win.
no, missing one letter is literally never badly under any circumstances you can enforce the rules politely "ah, you were very close on the spelling, but not quite" <- appropriate, polite, constructive "wow you really fucked that one up huh" <- what he basically said

Now THIS is rude:
That's not rude at all. It's the game.
"wow you really spelled that word badly" he missed like 1 letter

Had I not already seen this, I would've broke for sure. I think I was the one who showed you this first, though.
Almost got me with the super high-pitched squealing about halfway in.

https://youtu.be/31Jg4GaDojo I don't know if this will make you laugh, but it makes me laugh, so fuck you and your opinion.
Wait a minute, that didn't work. I was trying to link to a video from my phone, and that never seems to work out for me. Still, this is kind of funny in an unintentional way.
There we go. I just couldn't embed the link.
Yeah, I don't really like Critical's videos. His shtick kinda wore on me a long time ago.

Almost got me, just because I didn't know what I was getting into.
Thoughts on the other one? If you've watched it, that is.
I smiled, just because of how much fun the guys were having, but I never broke.

I want them strictly for collection purposes. Sometimes it's nice to just sit back and look at my little collection of shiny legendaries and think 'Ah, I spent time trying to get these. They're nice to look at.'
Ii think it's kind of like how, yeah you can just download a RBY off the eShop but there's something really nice about owning a physical copy too, y'know? You can just look at it fondly every once in a awhile. On Showdown it's super easy to just select them as shiny but actually having them in the game feels... special. Even if nobody else really cares, I'm still proud of my mini collection.
Natures, though? I mean, the only reason you'd care about natures is if you played competitive, right? That I could understand--and if competitive is all you care about, then Showdown's the way to go imo.

I still don't understand people who SR for anything. Showdown's existence should nullify that necessity.
I completely understand wanting to be "legit" or authentic, but I don't know--SRing doesn't exactly scream "legitimacy" to me, either. So when you have resources like Showdown that allow you to cut right to it, it just seems like a total waste of time.

Ash-Greninja is some retarded shit, though. They're actually calling it that, too.
It's the first time Ash's name (let alone existence) has been in a main-line Pokémon game.
Does that mean Ash is in the game? Does he give it to you?

There was a period of time where the mods actually started locking threads that didn't have a trace of discussion value.
No one really gives a fuck anymore.

"It's Just a Shot Away" is the best Rolling Stones song
Still overplayed imo
*gimme shelter what is it with 60s-70s rock bands and not naming their most popular song after its hook

I cannot logically see morality as an objective phenomenon. Without some form of sentience to conceive of it, it never arises into being.
Why does that mean it's subjective.

I thought they were in Gen 2 already but this gen just improved on it
Nah, all Gen II did was split the Special stat into Sp. Attack and Sp. Defense. The exp system remained the same.

Longface wasn't a very good writer. Tried way too hard, I felt. No concept of the rules of grammar, either.
