Explaining a joke and intentionally overreacting to it isn't really a good argument against it. Comedy's highly subjective, but it's usually something that defies expectations either because it's ironic or it's absurd. challengerX sarcastically talking about the plot when he means fan-service is ironic, and even though you might not find it funny, that's funny to a lot of people.

Yeah, as much as I love Halloween, that's how I feel about a lot of holiday-themed DLC too. Street Fighter is getting Halloween costumes as well, but they're designed in such a way that they wouldn't necessarily feel out of place when Halloween is over.
