Red looks old
It also looks like he's wearing a mega bracelet. What's his mega gonna be?
charizard
If he does it better be char-Y. X is overused and would be predictable af.
Video game Red doesn't have the same attachment to Char as Origins Red, so it could be any of the starters or something else entirely.
It'll be X.

Probably my most-played console ever, and the system that catapulted me into the stereotypical no-life "gamer" I am today. I had only played the NES and SNES prior to it, so the graphical jump was quite astonishing.

But video games are infested with politically correct cancer and is becoming less and less fun. This is actually a hard choice.
No, they aren't. Games get more and more degenerate by the year, all thanks to Nipple Land. Also, localization =/= censorship.

Red straight-up looks like a washed-up stoner, which I think is hilarious.

Here is a general one to funnel it out. You don't have to like him but they point out some weird things for both 3rd party candidates.
And because she's making it sound like a conspiracy happened
Yeah, I'll still take her over Mrs. "What Could Possibly Go Wrong with a No-fly Zone in Syria" or Mr. "I'm Literally the Worst Candidate America Has Ever Had." And, of course, Gary Johnson, who isn't even worth considering. Neither her quantitative easing comments nor her personal beliefs of 9/11 (which are completely irrelevant and uninteresting) are enough to outweigh the metric tons of shit surrounding the campaigns of the main 2. I mean, find me the perfect third party candidate and I'll vote for them--but you'd have to find something extremely troubling about Jill Stein to get me to vote for a potential war in Syria (which also may or may not include Russia).

I'm #feelingtheJohnson
Heh, never seen him get frustrated like that.
Really?
He's literally Deci: The Candidate
That's a little bit too accurate for me to handle.

How do you pronounce it?
Deck-Id-uous?
di- sih-jew-us di- sih-jew-eye How do you people not know how to pronounce your own language? I can tell exactly how to say it from just looking at it.
it's easy to surmise how it's pronounced, yeah, but it would sure be funny if you had it wrong despite your bravado

Jill Stein pushes 9/11 conspiracy theories and doesn't know how federal funding works You don't expect me not to vote for her just for these two piddly reasons, right?
What do her opinions on 9/11 have to do with her ability to be president?
The same reason Trump pushes conspiracies. Saying she'd open investigations to what REALLY happened on 9/11 and all that dumb crap. And when I say federal funding, I mean how she plans to pay for a few things, which she described as "magic".
Could you do me a favor and provide the source that quote, please? I can't seem to find where she says anything like that anywhere except for Wikipedia, in a section that says, "The neutrality of this section is disputed." As for finding out what "really" happened during 9/11, I can't say I'm completely against that. Why would I be?

I have never heard that word in my life so that's probably why the name seemed so weird to me.
Yeah, it's just a word to describe a type of forest biome. A deciduous forest is a forest where the trees shed their leaves in the winter, as opposed to boreal forests (or taigas) which are dominated by evergreens all year.

I don't get people's hate boner for angry josé here. Granted, he's not the most eloquent guy, but he's just an average dude that enjoys video games and doing video game reviews.
Vapid complaints. Whiny, petulant, entitled attitude. Got his roots from TGWTG.

Calling a philosophy he doesn't believe in an absolute joke is being an absolute dick, especially when he doesn't even say why. You have the thinnest skin in the universe if that's your honest standard for absolute dickery. I could've said a LOT worse (and I have said a lot worse) about libertards--and I'll do it again. I don't need to say why because my thoughts on libertarian philosophy have been on the record for years. To summarize: It's an ideology for selfish cunts, by selfish cunts. This isn't the thread to discuss libertarianism, so I'm not going to discuss it further.

Jill Stein.
I'm voting based on principle alone--not who I think will win, or who I think will get at least 5% of the ballot. Gary Johnson has a much better chance of reaching 5%, but I don't believe in him as a person or as a candidate. The libertarian party is a joke, as is libertarianism as a philosophy.
Trump and Stein are the only principled candidates of the main 4--so it's a choice between who I personally agree with more, and that's Jill. Me voting green is not a vote for Trump and it's not a vote for Hillary. It's a vote for green.

Decidueye was solidified for me awhile ago, but now that it's Grass/Ghost? Now there's no way I'm getting anything else. I still really like Primarina, though.
Tapu Fini is best Tapu, but I'm not terribly intrigued by any of them.
Alolan Persian still be dumb as fuck.
Meeting Red and Blue again? That's pretty damn cool.

You want to get laid? Act like it. Don't be creepy about it. Be classy about it. That's what flirting is. Don't jump out and say you want to see her naked. Or be graphic about it. Instead tell her she has an amazing body. That would be being creepy about it.

OP isn't talking about the comic. This is about the show.
this is also where you're wrong it's not about the comic or the show--it's about the story and if anything spoiler-y happens in the comic that could happen in the show, it shouldn't be talked about--period, especially just before the coinciding moment

Yes, because the books are extremely popular and their plots are well known. In fact, the "Snape killed Dumbledore" meme originated long before the movie released. let's say it wasn't and let's say it didn't because obviously, no one fucking reads the dumbass walking dead comic, they just watch the dumbass show to speed things up: no, you wouldn't be okay with that, because you're not an idiot so why is it okay with the walking dead

« on: October 26, 2016, 06:13:01 PM »
yeah that too
you really just can't fuck around with spoilers--don't even pretend like what you did was at all okay

Thread content: "Glenn dies in the comics"
The fact that this statement is true does not spoil the show. Not to mention that what's specifically being referenced is the edited "Glenn dies...in the comics" title, which is even more obvious. Really, the only way the episode could have been spoiled by my thread is if someone opened the thread and scrolled past several posts.
right so if you had never read the harry potter books and just started watching the movies and were super into them, would it be okay with you if i just said prior to you watching half-blood prince that "snape kills dumbledore in the book--let's see if it happens in the movie!" would you be okay with that let's be generous and say that the harry potter movies were filmed far less faithfully than they were, too would that be good

Again, it was made well before the show started. I didn't know, Das didn't know, etc. The joke was that fans would be worried they were spoiled, see the post in the thread, and then leave.
and it had the adverse effect of spoiling the plot for somebody, because it ended up being true because why would a major character's death not be covered in its adaptation it was a dumb joke and a bad idea just own up to it

« on: October 26, 2016, 05:54:33 PM »
Okay yeah but that's the point. It isn't a spoiler, unless you consider it a spoiler of a four year old comic. yes that's a spoiler especially given that the TV show is, you know, an adaptation of this comic it doesn't matter if they're only loosely connected, it was just an inconsiderate thing to title the thread

If it's because you opened that one thread then it's your own fault.
To be fair, Turkey made a pretty dumb decision to title the thread the way he did.
