So if I win the lottery by some method or run across ending up with enough money to keep me sustained for life. Is it wrong to move to some house in the middle of nowhere out in the country and just being isolated from society?
See, you're just trying to use "keeping to myself" as a safety blanket for selfish, repugnant behavior. Yes, if you win it big at the lottery, you'd be an asshole to keep it all for yourself.

That's not what I've been saying at all.

I've had this shitty cheap-ass Internet connection for years (my download speed is slightly worse than yours), yet when I download a large game or update on PS4, it doesn't take any time at all. It only took ~35 minutes to download an 8 gigabyte update for Street Fighter, and the Nier demo only took about ~15.
Maybe don't blame your personal problems on the service itself, you fucking spastic, because not everyone has it as bad as you. Sorry. Apparently you just suck.
thats pretty good i think
even 15 is enough to stream 1080p video these days
on a side note those tests usually pick closest servers instead of the actual servers you download from, so youd always have a pretty high speed
youre actually probably downloading your games and stuff through several different servers, some of those servers might be better than others, some might be worse, its possible someone half the world away from the server might have better download speeds than you, depending on your ISP it can be a lottery on how well it does this
a better test might be to select some server in germany for EU or iirc US servers probably in california somewhere
it still won't be an accurate test but probably a better measure than what you're getting through a server less than 50 miles away
I only used it because the OP used it. So according to the same test he used, my download speed is about the same as his, if not slightly worse. Yet, apparently, by the time it takes him to download 300 megabytes of a 14 gigabyte game (~45 minutes), I'd already have the game fully downloaded. That's still unexplained. Apparently I'm in this minority where PSN is godly, and for everyone else, it's the worst thing ever.

Legally, no I don't. We all know what; that's not the discussion. Legally, anyone who does anything selfish should probably be shot.

So did anyone read the Cursed Child?
I have the script, but I haven't got around to reading it yet. If anyone's interested, I could start reading it and posting some good passages.

>implying I shill for liberals that still want to operate within a capitalist system
hohoho
That's literally what the current policy of the Democratic party is.
Cindo isn't a shill for the Democratic party though. In fact I think she falls more down the line of Libertarian. Last I checked, she was insanely liberal on social issues but fiscally a bit more conservative.
i don't think you can be fiscally conservative yet be critical of capitalism

I have very little sympathy for muslims fleeing other muslims. Looks like they're getting a taste of their own medicine.
I agree with the other two paragraphs of your post but shit like this is so stupid.
It's like saying that the holocaust was "white people fleeing other white people". It's technically true, Ashkenazi jews are pretty much just as white as the nazis who were gassing 'em, but the nuance is the important shit.
you'll find that challengerX is the least nuanced person on the forum

Reviews in general can influence my purchase if they're balanced, well-written, and/or from an author whose opinions I either respect or tend to share on a reasonably frequent basis. The same would apply to a Steam review.
4 out of 5 times, though, the trailer, some gameplay footage, or even the premise is enough for me to decide. I'm the kind of guy who usually reads the reviews after I've already played the game myself.

Could another reason be simply because Trump is a man? I say we're still a male dominated country to a decent extant so that's going to affect the person running if they're a woman.
Women outpopulate men in the US. I'd say a candidate's gender has little to nothing to do with anything.

Not voting for a guy because his hateful and disrespectful attitude towards women, racial minorities, and LGBT individuals is, like, the definition of privilege. I don't see how. When you vote in a man with these beliefs he's going to make policies based on those beliefs.
I had an autismo moment and missed, like, a key phrase of that sentence.
"Because they won't be affecting you so they're not that big of a deal" was meant to be in there somewhere.
Drugs?

The campaign is a blast. The farther in I go, the more it becomes a Sanic game.

Not to be one of "those" people, but Morrowind did it the best way; the story was built around the fact that you're new to the land and didn't push you down a certain set of quests. You could choose your house and build your name through your choice in adventures, which culminates in the finale. Every playthrough will end with the same few quests, but you don't feel railroaded into it because all of the "main quests" just play out like side quests that tie into your goal. Hell, every quest was related. It kept everything focused and resulted in a stronger overall narrative.
i havent played it but that sounds nice
i feel like i missed out but im not the kind of person to go play old games i didnt experience at the time
If you do ever play it, be warned: it looks like a 3D RPG but it's a D20 game with prettier graphics. Missing and dodges are frustrating if you don't expect them.
I would also recommend a leveling mod. Some people consider it cheating
It's not that people consider it cheating--it's that it is factually cheating. She's gonna do what she wants anyway, but don't encourage this. During one's first playthrough, the game should be experienced in its raw state, flaws and all, so that one can experience everything for him or herself. Maybe she would've liked the old leveling system--you have no idea.

Children of Men is the closest humanity ever comes to achieving ultimate peace and prosperity through everyone being fucking dead--then it gets taken away. This is filmed as a good thing, but that doesn't mean it is.

Do GPAs even matter?
Higher ones look prettier on transcripts, but other than that, not really. People stress over them WAY too much.

PoA the movie is better than the book.

it just seems a bit odd to me that Snape would take out his distaste for James on Harry when... Harry is really not like that at all.
Harry is a living reminder that Lily chose James over him. Yeah, that point is brought home more in the books.

Could someone explain to me the whole Snape's Tears Backstory thing? I felt like I missed a lot of what was going on. Stuff like why Lily and Severus had the same Patronus animal. Why was James Potter such a douchebag? etc. etc.
Severus had Lily's Patronus animal merely to symbolize Snape's love for her. James was a douchebag because, well, he was a jock. Popular Quidditch player, Head Boy, etc. made him think very highly of himself and very lowly of less popular students such as Snape. Anything else?

I got USFIV on the PS4 sale for £8 so I could fight my girlfriend
We're both pretty terrible but I'm pretty decent with Sagat and she keeps spamming me with that chick in the mask who looks like Cammy, can't remember the name.
Ah, Decapre I played her, she's cool. Sagat's fun too.

yee, harry potter is dope
favorite one so far?
half blood prince
by far the most humourous, but also, harry really comes into his own as a wizard, dumbledore sees his almost as an equal, and theres a lot of spotlight on Snape (my favourite character)
and that ending though
really? that's actually probably my least favorite tbh there was a lot to like about it, like you said (snape is my favorite character too, and he and draco had a lot of fantastic scenes), but i felt like it was bogged down too often with the romance shit my favorite is prisoner of azkaban--i think as a film, it stands on its own the very best, it nails the adventure feel, and how they set up the time turner shit was brilliant. i actually think it's the best time travel plot in written history.

Sometimes you just get tired of hearing the same alien dialogue in Kotor.
when it comes to dialogue you literally hear thousands of times over the course of one playthrough, i can totally understand that
