Supreme Commander utilizes dual screen to create an interesting twist on a typical RTS title. Essentially letting you wage two battles in front of you at the same time. True, not many games use dual screen and some even lock you into one without a borderless windowed option, but the idea is still there.
Although I'm not trying to argue with you. My second and third monitor I'm more than willing to admit was out of luxury. I didn't need them, I simply wanted them, and they did make my overall gaming and internet browsing experience more enjoyable. I just wanted to show you an interesting take on having a second screen with gaming.
Well, that is interesting. The DS is a cool-ass handheld.

I don't see how buying a second monitor to enjoy is any different than buying a Nintendo DS.
Because the two setups are being used for different purposes. The DS's touch screen wasn't implemented to give the user more workspace--it's there to create a field through which the player can interact with their game in a unique, tactile way which introduces a lot of new innovative mechanics and such. It's not really comparable.

It's really great to be able to watch youtube while playing a game at the same time.
I've done this quite a few times on one screen before.

Really shows how ungrateful this lot is
Who's ungrateful to who?
Typical flood or people our age uncaring of those dying, seemingly more so because >christianity
No one said they don't care about Christians dying. They just don't care that a specific group is dying. People dying is bad. Christian lives don't matter more (or less) than anyone else.

When the first map pack for MW2 came out, I was one of the first to download it and because of that Microsoft sent me a message congratulating me and extended my Gold membership an extra month.
This other time I downloaded a demo for a game and got mistakingly banned for a day. I wasn't the only one affected by this so Microsoft apologized and gave everyone that got banned 1600 M$ points and a 3-month Gold membership.
And through my many years of playing on Xbox Live, I only recall the service only going down for 1 day and everyone was sent a message weeks in advance so nobody got confused. http://sep7agon.net/gaming/ps4's-download-speed/msg1372256/#msg1372256Sony does cool things like that too, though. One time, I randomly received $10 credit from them for being a "loyal customer." I think it was sometime after they got hacked.

Yeah it does it you enjoy simulating awfull bordrrline unplayable McDonnalds dial-up.
Still beats paying $60 a year. Us sane people however will continue preferring a competent gameplay experience.
Preferring to have your money stolen isn't sane. That's insane.

Okay, so if not for the fact that I completely forgot about that price increase, PSN was indisputably better than XBL based on price alone (the only factor that matters). Having been reminded of it, I guess PSN is worse than XBL now. Even though they're the same price, Sony essentially gave up a HUGE advantage they had over Microsoft, which is pretty fucking stupid.
In conclusion, Nintendo wins. Paid online services will always suck.

"Tedious and annoying" isn't how I'd describe a severe cut to someone's productivity. You don't need it, but some people actually do, so why do you insist on calling it stupid?
Because it's not a severe cut to your productivity. It's a few extra clicks.
A few extra clicks every few minutes turns into a lot of wasted time.
Do you save as much time as possible in every other facet of your life?
Yes, when I'm working, I try to do everything I can to be efficient as possible.
Doubt. But okay, fine. What about when you're not working?

Well, I'm glad you were able to make the investment worth your while.
god, you're such a cunt dude.
you get absolutely railed and instead of just accepting that you're wrong, you make a smug little comment. fuck you.
Typing a few big paragraphs does not equate to getting "absolutely railed" and I'm sure that wasn't even Flee's intention. He could've said what he had to say in three or four sentences and I would've responded the same exact way. I still think dual monitoring is stupid, but at least Flee could help me understand why he prefers it. It's really just a preference. He finds minimizing tedious and annoying--I find it convenient and simple, even when I have 20 windows open. He also didn't make the investment himself, so that's even better.

they're the same price iirc
It depends on your plan, but unless this article is outdated, a 12-month subscription to PS+ is indeed $10 cheaper than XBLG for the same plan. I'd say that's a pretty big save, assuming it isn't inaccurate. edit: Wait, no, I forgot that they increased it just recently. That's a shame. I guess they are the same price now.

opinions can be wrong, and your opinion that PSN is faster than XBL is factually wrong
this is easy stuff dude
But why is PSN so fast though? Even if XBL is faster, PSN is still fast. How much do you spend on XBL compared to PSN? That's a factor we haven't even touched on. If PSN is more expensive, then I'd have to concede that it's objectively worse based on that alone. If XBL costs more, then there is no possible way you could argue that it's better.

that you're calling an independent report with raw data about both services biased and claiming confirmation bias because the facts don't match up with your opinion
My opinion? I thought I was factually wrong?

I dont seem to remember Xbox Live going down because someone got into they system and got away with a bunch of Credit Card and personal informaation
That was awesome, though. If you don't want people stealing your credit card information, you're probably some kind of fucking moron.

I have the greatest grasp of the English language on this website.
lol
The greatest in the world, perhaps.
lol
The universe. No one knows more about the English language than me. so you lied earlier when you said your parents never bought you anything
why would you lie about that?
Because they're not buying it specifically for me, you stupid illiterate cunt. I never asked for the PS4--in fact, I specifically suggested that they don't get one, because we all knew they were going to come out with a cheaper slim model anyway. But he did anyway, because he wanted one. Not everything my parents buy is specifically for me, you absolute fucking retard.

By that logic Candy Crush must be a better game than Super Metroid since the former is free and the latter is not.
Nope, because those are games. We're talking about online services. You only need to have two things to have a good online service: Functionality and no fees.

you're bringing lord of the rings into a discussion that's comparing star wars and star trek There is nothing wrong with doing this. it's irrelevant and you're only trying to bring it in to try and shift the conversation away from comparing PSN and XBL so you don't have to concede that PSN is worse than XBL
PSN isn't worse than XBL. They're both just as shitty as each other because neither of them are free. I'm willing to bet that PSN is better than XBL, because Xbox has the worst track record ever when it comes to providing anything for their consumers. PSN is also fast as hell, so that helps.

verb even used his financial aid money to buy a ps4
Except I didn't. Do you know what "live off" means, little boy? It doesn't mean buying frivolous things like PS4s. My dad bought one for the both of us, because we both play games on it, you worthless fucking cunt. I wish you knew how much fun it is to fantasize about strangling you to death.

Exept said online is even worse than Sony's in every way. Two second input lag on Smash Bros., no region filter, no dedicated servers, no ping monitoring, and getttig paint rollered by a dead jap from across the map in Splatoon is not acceptable. But it's free. That makes it better by default.

and there's so many ways to treat bipolar disorder--i'm sure marijuana was the LAST RESORT for you, huh
In all honesty, cannabinoids are one of the least toxic and safest medicines on earth. Research shows this to be objectively true now. If it's an option legally available to you over pharmaceuticals and you require some form of medicine to treat an ailment, then it's worth looking into at least.
It's a shame kits has to take risks to use it.
she uses it because she thinks it's cool, guaranteed
This is just fucking ignorant
yeah people never take advantage of their medical marijuana EVER IT HAS NEVER HAPPENED oops sorry caps means angry sorry
