GPU prices are through the roof right now but you could get a Ryzen APU which will give you ok gaming performance.
Getting it build for me cause Im a lazy fuck, prebuild is cheaper for GPUs too at the moment.

Alright so this build is a little over 3k au

System Components:
CPU: Intel Core i7 8700K
CPU Cooler: Cryorig A40 Hybrid Liquid Cooler
Motherboard: ASUS ROG Strix Z370-G Gaming Wi-Fi AC Motherboard
Graphics: ASUS ROG GeForce GTX 1080 Strix Aura 8GB
Memory: Team T-Force Delta RGB 2400MHz 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 Black
Solid State Drive: Samsung 850 EVO 500GB SSD
Hard Drive: Seagate Barracuda 2TB ST2000DM006
Additional Fan/Lighting: Deepcool RF-120 RGB Fan 120mm
Power Supply: Be Quiet! Pure Power 10 600W Power Supply

Thoughts?
You should probably up the PSU and why the Wi-Fi mobo?

There's nothing wrong with that. 8700k is the best gaming chip right now
Hes talking about the Power Supply Unit

Oh I was commenting on the build. I don't know the power consumption of a build like that but I think 650 watts should be enough.
I'd also go with 650W. I'm sure 600 will do the trick but it's nice to have the additional wattage just in case imo. It's why I went with 650 in mine and I have a pretty similar build to this.

Russia being blamed for literally everything even though there's no evidence, REAL SHIT
What kind of evidence of the Chinese hacking do you have that is so much more substantial than that of Russian interference?

The idea that the second amendment keeps the people free from tyranny is flawed through and through.

In all seriousness though, if you're not trolling you should definitely report this to your school.

Just bring your gun to school too.
That's what the 2nd amendment is for.
Daily reminder that the only thing that can stop a bad kid with a gun is a good kid with an equally big gun.

Well it was honestly cheaper just to use the specs that were provided in the prebuilt list, I already have an adapter which is probably quicker then the mobo (then again I've never had one so it'll be worth a play with) and I would have preferred a 750W PSU, but it should be fine. Though I will ask the supplier why they dont just run a 750, seeing as it gives a lot more headroom.
Go ethernet dude.

Coming up to that 150 followers soon. Took months to go from 0-50, 50-70 and then 75-90, yet just a little over a week to get from 90 to 145. I'm starting to average 20+ viewers and am currently at like 15 subscribers too, so things look like they're starting to take off.

Tonight is (hopefully) going to be the conclusion of the Quake tournament I'm hosting and casting, so feel free to stop by if that interests you. Even non-players like Tru and Irish seem to like it quite a bit.

Also, just ordered a webcam in case I'd ever want to use it for the stream.

tbh I'm leaning in favor of banning personal ownership of semi-automatic guns in general. Evidence shows this works. It feels like 2A proponents (which I generally consider myself to be) need to determine an acceptable level of gun homicides to sustain largely unfettered access to guns, and if that answer is an honest admission that the current numbers are okay, that's better than further deflection.
Aren't most homicides with a handgun? What does banning assault rifles help?

Because the majority of handguns are semi-automatic? I didn't say anything about assault rifles.

I'm not even sure how a ban would work. A buyback couldn't happen, a registry would never work, and a blanket ban would be impossible to enforce.
At this point, I think the only realistic solution is for the country to move more towards the Swiss system.

I saw this earlier and I don't see why people are even bringing this up. These are two completely different subjects. And declaring porn a public health risk doesn't really do jack shit. Cigarettes and Alcohol are health risks and the only thing preventing people from getting those is their age.

>resolution to officially declare porn a public health risk introduced the same day
>ACCEPTED because porn is super dangerous you know?
Pretty much what Mordo said. The misplaced priorities just seem so absurd that it's almost comical. A man walks into a school, commits a massacre and shoots 17 people (14 of which kids). Just days later, the government comes together and decides that one, there shouldn't even be a debate on adopting new gun control rules to prevent this from happening again in the future, and two, during the very same session on the same day, that footage of people having sex is so dangerous to the people that it should be declared a public health risk and that research, prevention and policy changes are sorely needed to fix the problem.

Like I said, this is South Park material come to life. I know they're two different things and that this won't really do anything about porn. It's just striking to see the (exaggerated) thought process of "damn, 17 people just got shot at a school. Let's deny a motion to open a debate about potential gun control regulations because there's definitely no need for that, but instead focus our attention on the REAL danger to our public's health: pornography".

>motion just to open a debate on stricter gun control laws in the House
>DENIED because thoughts and prayers will suffice
>resolution to officially declare porn a public health risk introduced the same day
>ACCEPTED because porn is super dangerous you know?

This is satire come to life. Why even open the debate on gun violence when images of people having sex are the REAL DANGER to our safety that needs to be addressed? The creators of South Park were right in saying they couldn't top reality anymore with Trump being elected because this sounds exactly like an episode of the show.

Did a black kid ever shoot up a school?

I'm sure. But then it's "gang related" in the news.
Shooting up schools is a white thing tbh tons of kids take guns and knives to school and don't go on a rampage

Yeah according to people i know, back in the day pretty much every student had a gun in their car.
True, but while school shootings in the US are definitely on the rise you can't forget that they're definitely not new either. The 60's and 70's had several of them happen as well.

The Flood / Re: An idea to get conservatives to back gun control...

Basically the reasoning behind the Mulford Act. Carrying guns is all fine and fun until it's someone who the default group thinks is too dangerous to or different from them. The moment Black Panthers started open carrying in California, the NRA and Republican gun group flipped like a coin and adopted stricter laws right for everyone right away. I think it still kinda shows now too. As much as the group pushes its wider audience appeal, they still exclusively put up wealthy and well spoken blacks.

Not without reason of course and I'm sure many would support gun rights for these kinds of people too, but the video probably has a point. Alternatively, same thing goes with Muslims. I don't doubt many would suddenly see more sense in tighter gun regulations when it's not just Billy White carrying his gun around town but also Muhammad from Iraq with his Muslim friends holding a public protest for a new mosque with a rifle on his back.

2A repeal should be the first step
That's what Britain tried in 1776.
Impressive of them to try and repeal a law 15 years before it came into existence. Fucking Brits.

Looks like Google won this one.
But the British couple rekt the big G for over two billion. gg.
I think you're talking about something else, unless I'm missing something very recent.
I heard the court ruled in G's favour for dismissing Damore. And there was a couple that sued the G for hiding their site. they won and G got hit for 2.1 billion.
Yeah, you're thinking of something else. What you heard is the National Labor Board that he first lodged a complained with saying that Google was fair to fire him. From what I can tell, Damore had already retracted his complaint there because (real reason) he knew it wasn't going to go anywhere and (fake reason) he was focusing his time on the trial case instead. It's relevant of course but not what this thread is about. The "real" trial where he sues Google for discrimination is still to take place.

And the 2.1 billion didn't come from anyone suing the company, if I recall correctly.  The two British people filed a complaint with the EU Commission which led to them ultimately finding Google to be in violation of antitrust law. Praise be the EU, as usual. Still, good job on them.
